This trainer creates personalized workout plans that are challenging but fun, pushing clients beyond their comfort zone to reach their fitness goals. The trainer provides the knowledge to do exercises correctly and knows when clients are ready to move on to more advanced things. There is a strong focus on accountability, discipline, and encouragement. Clients see the progress they are looking for and feel so much better, stronger, and healthier. Their entire body feels great. The boot camp is recommended for anyone who wants to be pushed, works better with accountability, or does not know where to start.
