Please hire more workers for the pickup service. Multiple times the wait has been 20-30+ mins. Also, buyer beware…be sure you check expiration dates on everything you purchase (esp refrigerated products).

In self check lane, the pharmacist butted in front of me and proceeded to checkout his own stuff. Laughing at me, and saying oh were you using this haha. He kept checking out his stuff. How rude.

Not one person greeted me, asked if I needed assistance. There are 3 Wmarts here in Denton Tx along with Sam's. I am so totally disappointed in their direction, I am going to move all my prescriptions and service to Kroger on Teasley Lane.

I just got followed out of this store by a woman working the self-scan lanes accusing me of stealing powdered milk. I showed her my receipt to prove I bought it. I spent almost $200 in that store today picking up prescriptions and ingredients to bake products for friends during the holidays and got treated like a criminal. This was at 1:14pm CT on 12/04/23. I’ve never had this happen before at any store but Walmart Neighborhood Market on Teasley Ln. Once before, a group of employees was so fixated on me scanning and bagging my groceries that they missed the real thief b/c he was dressed in business casual attire and I was stocking up for a camping trip. I’m switching my prescriptions to the Kroger down the street. If you don’t want to have to constantly suspect people of shoplifting and lose more business, you should hire better employees who can work a scan lane instead of just watching customers do their jobs for them.

There were only self-scan lanes open. My receipt tape printed out on 12/04/23 at 13:14:45. I walked out and an employee followed me out the door accusing me of stealing. I showed her my receipt for $180.69 and showed her the item on my receipt. I was there buying things to bake for people over the holidays and I got treated like a criminal. I won't be back here. I'm transferring my prescriptions to the Kroger down the street. They've never chased me out the door calling me a shoplifter. I will also be reporting this to their corporate HR department. You really need to screen your prospective employees better whether they're permanent employees or seasonal.
