It sucks that this is the Walgreens right down the street from my house because every time I go in there there is an employee with green hair who is constantly freaking out on people blowing out their breath and seems to be on cocaine. They're completely jittery fast to anger. It makes going in there an extremely unpleasant experience.

Best experience ever at a Walgreens. These ladies all work together and get people in and out very quickly. Best experience I’ve had at a Walgreens. Thank you

Walked into this location last night and the cashier was the most unwelcoming person. As we get to the register to pay for our stuff she had the rudest attitude. My thing is if you are not a people person why work in this type of environment. Walgreens please train your staff to be polite to paying customers.

Not the type to be a Karen, but that was the absolute worst costumer service. I was standing at the cashier with my girlfriend. She pays for the few items and the cashier looks at me and goes “you need to go to the back of the line” As if my stuff wasn’t right in front of her and she could easily scan my things. “It’s apart of my job and procedure.” I don’t understand why she has to be so rude. And I don’t understand what procedure makes a customer at the counter have to exit to the back of the check out line because “there is a lot of people in line”.

Avoid this Walgreens. I received an e-mail from them asking me to come by for second of a series of vaccinations. Went online to make appointment. I called to verify and was told "no appointment needed". Since I wasn't sure of exact time I could be there, I cancelled the online appointment. Next day, went there to be RUDELY told "we only take appointments." When I said I had called the day before, I was called a liar by the pharmacist (middle aged woman).

Really need to educate your cashiers on laws and you might want to tell them to not talk about shoppers the girls were loudly talking about a dad and his sons after they left kept making remarks about his son very obnoxious but given the review rating seems like the trend at this location, you all have some major work to do

I paid correctly for 3 individual Meds ($74.39+$45.78+$2.40=$122.57) at the Drive Thu and was charged the above correct amount in one single Visa Transaction.Unfortunately my Chase Visa Account showed that I was also wrongly charged for one of the Meds individually for a second time in another separate Visa Transaction of $45.78. The Pharmacist and the Manager said no I wasn't, and that I should talk to Chase Visa about it. My Online Visa Credit Card Statement clearly shows I was charged twice for that one individual Med. Maybe the poor Reviews here are valid ...................

I’ve only been using this Walgreens Pharmacy on Teasley Lane since February of 2023, but I’ve been very pleased with the pharmacists and pharmacy tech’s I’ve dealt with. Their patience, willingness to help me find a widely unavailable/backordered monthly Rx or the best Rx replacement to discuss with my doctor and the overall pleasant customer service I’ve experienced has been much appreciated!

The system for this pharmacy is constantly down and they do not care if that means that people are unable to get prescriptions that they need. They show zero empathy for their own system issues and instead advise you call back tomorrow, if they don't hang up on you first when you call. No notifications that there are issues either, so good luck if you choose this pharmacy. I will be moving to CVS.

I rarely submit reviews but it was this kind of negative experience. I go to the drive thru and the pharmacist looked at me grabbed the phone and said I'll be with you in a minute. Then the pharmacist didn't have my insurance on file and I let them know it's tied to my Walgreens account app, to which they said I need a PPO and member ID on of which I can see on your app. I asked them to call the Walgreens down the street to get the profile and then they magically found it on my account. They then tried to charge me too much for the prescription and while they were fixing it said their system crashed so I needed to come back. No apologies or empathy, just you need to come back later. Wish I didn't have to ...

The pharmacy at this location requires appointments for even flu shot walk-ins "due to an in flux" of traffic. It is flu season and should have been planned for. On the front door it even says walk-ins are welcome. Find your flue shot or other pharmacy needs elsewhere.

I tested positive for COVID and I received a notice that I had an RX to pick up. When I got there they wanted to charge me $49+ for it but the first time I picked it up I paid $0.00. So I asked the tech to run it through insurance and while I am waiting for her to run my insurance in the drive through line another tech puts up the “Pharmacist is at lunch and unavailable sign.” Then another person comes on the mic in the same department and tells me that my refill was canceled and will be ready to be picked up at 2:30PM today. She just had the filled prescription in her hand. I told the lady I was now talking to that I did not ask for it to be canceled and I was waiting for it to be run through insurance. She said “sorry. It’s already been canceled and you can pick it up at 2:30PM and then we will run it through good RX.”the phones were not working either. I was not about to go inside and infect the whole store.
