Several times over the last 20 years I have tried everything I was told to undo the combining of my account with my twins. As of today, I just blocked my account from sending me updates on my sister's prescriptions via text. Talk about HIPPA violations. Please fix this.

Every single person in the pharmacy at this location needs to be trained. Pharmacists should know how to deal with mental health people especially when you are consistently out of things.
Worst pharmacy ever.
I changed awhile back. Avoid this place. The wait is not worth the disrespect they hand out. You would think it’s their personal business! Not even worth the one star.
Had to add this because of changing to a different pharmacy got a prescription that Walgreens said lowest price $400. New pharmacy somehow got it to $4.00!
Walgreens must be related to Joe Biden!

Pharmacy/Pharmacist at this location is a joke. Picked up an important medication and it was already opened (as if its used) and poorly packaged. I will stick to CVS

Don't waste your time. Unorganized and unfriendly. Had surgery and still waiting for pain meds that I was told would be ready an hour ago. I'll never try this pharmacy again. It would literally kill your employees to smile. It's pathetic.

Need better trained Pharmacy Techs-more Pharmacy employees. Of the 5 x I was transferred today to find out about Rx Delivery, none were able to give information-just transferred me with the fifth being a phone that rang over 15 times! I still do not know about prescription delivery!

Absolute zero comprehension of what they're doing in the pharmacy. Belittled me when I called for a prescription, refused to help, and then hung up on me. Do not go here. CVS, Community Pharmacy, S and J, and Premium Family Pharmacy are all places that are much more helpful and accommodating than these criminals. Might wanna check where their stock of prescription medication is going while they're at it.

Worst customer service ever. Submitted my order online they said it would be ready the next day. Called to make sure the next day bc it still wasn't ready in the app. Called them said it would be ready that night. Went up there they said they had to order it and it would be 3 days before I got it. Next month same thing except I called to confirm they would have it they said they did then same thing had to wait 3 days to order it. When I asked what the deal was bc I had called the said that it happens often and the call center doesn't know exactly what they have in stock. Not to mention just getting them on the phone is a good 20 min wait minimum. And they are so rude when after everything I was so nice. If I could give negative stars I would! Changing pharmacys as soon as possible!

I was in dire need of a prescription and it couldn't be picked up until today. I have Parkinson's and I had to make a trip. Sam's Club which is such a good pharmacy said to just have them call and transfer the prescription so It could be picked up on Sunday. Went back today and ready to leave on the trip and they had not even called. Can't pick it up now till Monday and will go back to Sams. This pharmacy is terrible. Traditionally don't try calling They put you on hold for Up to 10 minutes and then disconnect you. Just stay away I highly recommend Sams they always answer the phone and are always prompt

Tried to ascertain if they had stock of a controlled substance so that I would be able to fill my prescription before sending it over. Person I spoke to claimed law prevented them from giving that information. And yet, literally every other pharmacy gave that information. Gross.

The pharmacist, Kay, was very helpful today. Even though the medication my husband needed was out of stock at her location, she searched her system and called a couple of other locations for us. I appreciate the extra effort and help!

Plan to wait, and wait and wait some more. The line at the pharmacy is always crazy long inside and out. Currently been stuck in the outside line 30 minutes. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 6ish months and it’s always this way.

I generally don’t mind waiting on the phone to speak with a tech or the pharmacist. But being put on hold 3 times in 15 minutes is a little ridiculous. Apparently the pharmacist needed to speak with me, which again is fine, but they didn’t even bother to reach out to let me know my prescription was being held BECAUSE the pharmacist needed to speak to me. And so it goes… a 15 minute wait that was pointless.

This place is simply HORRIBLE. You call 4 times and are told you cannot get a manufacturers coupon added since you have insurance, all whilst the coupon says you must have insurance...and when they transfer you, the call drops. Never, ever again until management fixes the situation!
