My partner's wheelchair had a tire pop loose when we were trying to manuever it and unfortunately it was not something I could fix myself this time. We called ahead to see if Velo had experience with repairing wheelchair wheels and they affirmed that their staff had plenty of experience and would be happy to help. They even offered to come pick it up, which we did not need but would be great for wheelchair users who do not have someone who can take the chair in to be serviced. The visit at the shop took less than ten minutes (it's a really neat store by the way :) ) and they just asked for a small tip in return for popping the wheel back on. The guys there were incredibly friendly and helpful and it's very reassuring knowing that if the issue ever comes up again we have somewhere to go. Thank you guys again for your help!!

Saw this place on instagram looked cool so I ordered a bar from them I drove an hour excited to see the place they did a simple bar swap before I went there my Trek 1120 had no brake issues after bar swap my right brake lever was not braking at all he says brakes need to be bled and just acted like it didn’t happen when he did the bar swap he didn’t try to fix it he just handed me the bike and said “anything else” sent me off with brakes not working so I took it to my Guys at Trek they took care the issue real quick they said Velo tugged to hard on the housing and it put lots of air in the line they took care of me for free just so I don’t have to deal with Velo cause it was an hour away and the tech seemed to not care so wasn’t wasting energy with them just not going there again. Thanks for the Bar. Side note got home and lined up the bar evenly cause it was more to the right uneven.

Gabe and the rest of the folk at Velo Republic were patient and super helpful with making sure to get my very finicky radwagon up and running again. Will definitely be my go to bike shop in the future shop.

Staff is fantastic and they absolutely won't rip you off....went for a check-up, only a wheel needed ANY attention so I only paid for the wheel service.
I can't praise this shop enough and they make me wanna ride more!!

I was looking for an Electric long tail Cargo bike, but I wanted a local shop to consult if I had any issues with assembly.
I bought my Aventon Abound from Velo, and I am thrilled at that choice - the bike is great, and I love knowing I can rely on Velo to help me in the future.
They helped me with the ordering and assembly, and even helped with ordering accessories and getting a great deal afterwards.
If you're looking at a local shop, Velo is the place to go.

Gabe was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to correct an issue on my ebike quickly and made it ride like a new bike! I highly reccomend going to him with any ebike questions and issues as well as regular bikes.

I brought my Giant TCR 0 in here for a major tune up, they did a great job and had the bike feeling new again, the update gave me more confidence in the bike and excited to ride. Reasonable pricing and great staff I'll be back.
