Came in for state inspection. Asked if they needed access to my OBD port for the inspection, they said yes. So I asked for my keys back so I can go unplug what I have plugged into my port(just in case the off chance they break my cord) he refused to give me my key at first, so I told them if they break my cord I will sue for damages just as a friendly warning because they said they would take care of unplugging it while I would rather handle it myself. Then when they finally give me my key. I just left. If you care about your vehicle, don't come here. Lady at front was incredibly nice. Short 40's bearded white meth head looking dude will never touch my car and could use a customer service training.

Less than 30 minutes for a Full Synthetic oil change and everything checked out good. No problems like the previous reviews (although I only use Valvoline for fluid changes not actual mechanical issues).

Well since I got fired because the owner basically said fire 3 people and some how the manager couldn’t bare himself to fire anyone else but me. I got screwed in the process. So I’m just leaving the review to show you my experience with this place. I was sent into the pit because apparently no one else wanted to do it and the manager and assistant manager at the time said I was the only one who they could send down there saying it was so easy and it was only temporary, and a lot of money could be made well that was a lie and a waste of my time Up top people make the money the pit people get screwed over. Everyone was making 100 or more in commission while I was only doing 20 dollars at best. It’s hard to sell stuff when you can’t talk to the customers you’re self or you offer a service and the people who talks to the customers don’t wanna do it because they don’t get paid for it.. So I’m just giving everyone who reads this a warning ⚠️. The job isn’t stable they promise you 50 hours a week more like 43 if you work the weekends. I was also promised a raise when others got a raise when I first got hired. But that was also a lie because once everyone got a raise the manager kept giving excuses on no one got a raise blah blah blah. Even though the new hires got hired on a higher rate. But basically the manager picks his favorites who to hire and who gets the best hours and pay. They send you home when the day slows down even if they guaranteed a certain amount of hours every week.. So the checks are never the same. Also know you gonna get blamed for everything if you work the pit even if you didn’t work that day or you come in and see a mess downstairs in the pit somehow it’s your fault . I got blamed many times for stealing filters from work and in my mind what am I gonna do with a bunch of filters. More like inventory is off because the people who have access to it doesn’t put it in right. Also the biggest lie is the pit has everything you need to do the job. But Tools is missing half the stuff don’t work. No fresh air beside that fan they give you that just blows hot air in your face so be prepared to almost die of a heat stroke. Also if you want gloves you gotta buy your own like a lot of other things.. Like I said the owner is becoming a penny pincher. Also the place said certified mechanic but the man takes 3-12 business days to finish anything and it’ll still come back which I doubt this place has a real certified mechanic .The job just isn’t worth the money unless you like to work in a place with the bare minimum. in my opinion this place blows and the way it’s ran sucks. The owner only cares for his money and not the well being of his crew. Don’t even think to buy stuff there. If it’s not in stock they get it from O’Reillys or AutoZone and then triple the original cost or whatever. But if you like a dis functional work environment where people are high or drunk but don’t wanna admit it be my guest. Just be warned that place will make you wanna die lol also the only 2 people who work there who are any value to the company is cass or parker. And if the manager or owner was smarty they would value them with every ounce. But sadly they will treat them as replaceable Because they said they want a good crew but it seems the manager only keeps his buddies or his buddies buddies basically friend of a friend who does the bare minimum to r take 1 hour to do the care. Honestly I will never go to a Valvoline ever again after this experience. So much shady stuff went on to customer care that I seen. Dump and pumps mostlyy

DO NOT COME HERE!!They do not know how to properly lube a vehicle first off, I just replaced an axle u joint that’s never been lubed and this shop serviced my vehicle for the last three years!Secondly I asked them to install some parts for me and the mechanic couldn’t align my vehicle properly told me it was due to some parts needed I bought the parts and he still couldn’t do the work.I went to another reputable shop they checked the alignment before doing the work and said it was no where near aligned.They put the parts on with no problem and aligned my vehicle without any issues.The mechanics here are lazy 90% of the time they are sitting in chairs due to no business at all.Take that as a sign and run away!!!

I absolutely LOVE coming here! Everyone is very friendly and they are quick. They take care of what needs to be done and you don't leave feeling like they tried to upsale you on anything. The inside area is very homey and makes for a wonderful wait.

Have pulled in twice over the last 3 months and have been told both times that the wait for an inspection is approximately 2 hours. I won’t go there a 3rd time. Seems like a nice place though.

ZERO STARS if I could. Incompetent people are hired here, and they cut corners to save a buck.I trusted my Camry with these people. I was running my car with a 1/4 of the amount of oil they should put after an oil change. My car was having the oil level icon OFF and ON when making stops after a week. I could not believe it.Shame on them for putting people in danger and not taking responsibility for "THEIR SERVICE".They should replace their name "EXPRESS" for "MEDIOCRE"Dont trust them.

Great service! I just needed my oil draining loosened so I could do a repair myself. They replaced with a new one in 10 minutes for free. Great customer service.

Go somewhere else!! If you choose to go here, make sure everything they do it done correct and all is attached before it falls off. I would continue this review but I think enough has been said.
