I believe the white lady named Paige is the one I dealt with today, she was really rude to me and said “are you deaf” and “are you just going to stand there”, when I was told that they couldn’t tape up packages because it was not priority mail. She said it several times so I understood and even paid the $3 fee for the tape, I was just confused because other locations just taped it up for me no questions asked. She was definitely not made for customer service. Instead of explaining things politely she was such an a-hole about the situation.

I come here only out of necessity. Most employees are decent, but the two women working Friday, May 31st 2024, between 2:45 and 2:55 PM were so rude to me and were talking LOUDLY about some people who had just come in before I did. They were talking about their race, ethnicity, and culture. Things like “Those kind of people always smell so bad,” “Thank God it was just 2 of them and not 5 of them,” “Their family/ friends must not tell them” - regarding their odor.
I understand not liking all smells, I hate bad odor myself, but these people were at least 70 years old. We will never know what they’re going through and it’s just plain rude to be talking about others in front of people (at least 7-10) is not right.
I’m sure nothing will change from this. I just wanted to share my experience.

I came in to mail delicate Mother’s Day cards. When the employee started to bend them I asked her not to because they were fragile. She argued that it had to be done because the machine would do it. I said I was there to pay extra so they wouldn’t be bent. She became very argumentative and combative stating it was “too early for this.” I said I wanted to pay extra so they wouldn’t be bent and asked if the postage I had on them was sufficient to which she replied “maybe.” I’ve never met such a rude and disrespectful postal worker as this woman. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Everything was ready to go, all I needed was the front part of my package taped up a bit, but theyll charge u $3 (unless its priority mail and not regular theyll do it for free, from what ive noticed). the lady was also rude and had attitude with me, she asked where the QR code was when it was clearly on the shipping label.

It seems the goal with the staff at this location is to tell you why you cannot send your package through the USPS. I was sending a computer overseas and was told as it has a lithium battery it cannot be sent. I stated as long it is attached to the device it can be sent, they disagreed, and wouldn't send it. On the USPS site it states devices with attached batteries can be sent. I took it to FedEx and sent it. Another day I used a wine box to send a a package and crossed out the wine name and markings with heavy black marker. I was told I cannot send the box, as they could see part of the name under the black marker (not sure how anyone would know it was a name of a company that makes wine). If the case, wouldn't a suggestion to use more marker, or buy some brown paper from the USPS to wrap the box be a better solution than simply sending someone away? I won't be back to the USPS if at all possible as FedEx and UPS want your business.

UnderstaffedHuge line & no place for a drop off, shouldn’t have to wait in line to drop off a package

They have all of their mail drop off boxes locked and over a third 20 person line just to drop off mail. It was ridiculous. I’ve never seen this at a post office before where you can’t drop off mail in their drop box and go. Why on earth would they be locked??

I’ve always had good experiences with staff here. Brenda and Mike are always very respectful! I somewhat often have to ship out orders for mercari, so I’m sure they recognize me a bit. Today, there was a woman in front of me in line being very rude and snapping at Mike out of basically nowhere because he asked if she could complete what she needed to so he could help others until she’s ready. And she was just really laying into him; it was upsetting to watch. But Mike kept his cool and was respectful and kind, though this person was being just quite mean to him. So I wanted to commend him on that! Again, staff is always respectful and kind to me, as well as efficient. They do their best to make sure everyone gets what they need. No one deserves to be talked to the way this person talked to Mike.

Rude and hateful. And how do you charge someone for a small piece of tape for their package. It’s ridiculous.

I love this Post Office. I go to see Brenda. She is a ray of sunshine in that place. I'm sure it takes a lot to show up every day and deal with the difficult people that show up there, but she does it. I love her, I hope Brenda NEVER retires!

Great service, helpful people. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping information where I used this address as my shipping address instead of a PO Box. They were kind enough to track it down and get it for me.

This post office lacks the ability to answer the phone or have items delivered on time consistently. They have had a package of mine for days and I can't get a hold of anyone to attempt to get any answers.
