Friendly & helpful employees and a convenient location. The small mailbox is an affordable option until I have a more-permanent address. It's also nice to have a safe location for package delivery. I can check for mail or pkgs with just a phone call.

Jacob was amazing. Very helpful. Very nice to talk to. Veronica was very sweet and asked me about my trip. Grayson was very kind. 12 out 20 for staffing!!!

I had a great experience doing some Amazon returns. The employee was fast and friendly. When I walked in one employee was working with a guest and the other was keeping everything clean. A fantastic store.

Easily the rudest staff at any UPS location. Don’t even greet you, or say have a nice day and can’t even look at you. It’s kinda funny the standards that places have now when employing people, pretty much if you have a pulse you get the job. It’s honestly surprising to me that the UPS store doesn’t have higher standards by hiring good customer service skilled employees. I felt like a burden coming in here. I work in Coppell and live in Denton but I will gladly be going to the Coppell location over this one due to the rude women on staff especially the one with the bottom lip piercing, seems like she’s mad at life and has no social skills just here to collect her paycheck.

"I have visited this store several times to pick up items that UPS delivered incorrectly to their location instead of my address. I've also tried to ship items and get documents notarized. Unfortunately, the staff has consistently been rude and unhelpful, often acting as though customers are an inconvenience.
None of the staff can answer questions without consulting the manager, who is particularly arrogant and condescending. He frequently implements new rules and adds unnecessary red tape for pickups and shipments, claiming these are store policies rather than UPS regulations.
During my last visit, his behavior reached an unacceptable level of hostility, prompting me and several other customers to leave. I refuse to ever return to this store."

We've been going to this location a plethora of times in the past year. These guys always treat their customers with the upmost respect and customer service. Thank you Jacob and everyone there for consistently being the BEST mailing store in Denton!

This location is a money grab. They charge $3 to return an Amazon package when Amazon itself says the return is free. So, they CHOOSE to charge you $3 just for printing a label the label when other locations charge pennies on the dollar or do it for free to do the same thing, as Amazon intended.

There was a line wrapped around the store and yet the associates were patient and kind. Jacob and Anthony handled the front desk with great service. I believe it kept everyone in line calm knowing the staff was working hard to get to everyone. I didn't catch the names of the other two associates in the back but they were also hard at work. Great job and great team

We would have appreciated if you stop taking 3$ just to print a one page return label.
Like seriously? Find some better ways to make money rather than doing this scam return label print.

If you want to be walked over, mocked, laughed at, not helped, and even pushed aside while you need assistance for more ready customers, talk to Veronica. If you want to suffer someone's bullying, cynicism, and agitation, go to this UPS store and ask for Veronica. It is an astonishing thing when a human being takes pleasure from making others angry and frustrated... More astonishing still that this person is employed at a UPS Store. I want to thank UPS for taking my customer service call though. I really hope you all can turn this store around and find people looking to help and be kind, rather than hate and mock. This was the most insane and abusive employee experience I have ever had in 39 years of life. I highly recommend anyone needing UPS services take their business elsewhere. This store has a lot of 1 stars for abusive and toxic employee behavior towards customers. It is beyond words and don't put yourself in harms way. There are safer places to return and ship your packages.
