I put myself in a pickle and forwarded my stuff too early to christmas, and I'm still living at my current address. Long story short: I was able to get my christmas package before it got reforwarded and I'm so thankful they were able to help me.

This place is awful. Disorganized, unprofessional and such a frustrating place to deal with. We have mailed a priority envelope TWICE to a Denton address and it doesnt even go out for delivery and is mailed back. It would be much faster for me to drive 2 hours and hand deliver. Nobody answers the main phone either. Awful. USE FEDEX. Another envelope was sent by FedEx and it was received in one day. Same address.

Did a address change because I moved two Of my packages was delivered to my old address said delivered mail box which wasn’t then my 3rd package was sent again to the old address i been told them that I did a address change that nothing should be going there and they said they seen that from there side so they said they would forward it look online it said package couldn’t be forward cause there was no new address which it was cause I submitted a change and also went up there and told them. then after that I look online and it said disposal of package and can’t send to receiver or sender this is just ridiculous I had submitted so many claims and went up there and email.

Never seen the worse of the worse post office employees,very rude,bad manners,etcI have lost so many packages and mails at this post office in residence here in Denton area,, Once you complain about it ,they all start acting like they don't know what's going,or that's is not their posted location,,blah blah blahSimply horrible!???

Absolutely horrible service always losing my packages or at wrong address we should boycott them Google reviews are horrible. As people we have to accept that? Like how sad is it mail couriers can't even get the information right. It printed on the label.

Have had a package sitting for days with no update on it leaving. Had to reach out to the seller and let them that I have tried calling this location with no luck as well as now they had to take a huge lose over stolen product. Might want to rethink sending mail through this location since it will go there and never leave.

This is the sixth time I have had a package delivered to a parcel locker and there is no key to open it. I have filed a complaint every time, and the issue is never resolved. I called the post office and get hung up on every single time. Can we fire these people? I will be making an appearance at the office on monday to give them a piece of my mind. If that doesn't work I will sit by my mailbox all day on Tuesday and confront the man myself.
