The girls helping out are usually pretty sweet and helpful !! But everytime I come to this location the cashier is so rude !!! I hate doing reviews but it happened again. Ulta needs to hire friendly people not cashier who are rude and mad everytime !

I will NEVER come back to this location. Max the cashier refused to let us make a purchase without providing a phone number AND email. It was my young daughter and her friend buying things and I didn't want to give my info for their purchases. When I refused she decided it was appropriate to yell to the people in line behind me to give me their phone numbers and emails to use! How absolutely INFURIATING. I know for a FACT that we can purchase items at ulta without giving out personal info but this store tells you that you cant and will just humiliate you in a crowd until you give in.

5 star experience! My wife and I visited this location on a busy Saturday and was immediately helped by Sidney. Sidney was amazing and knowledgeable about the men’s cologne products. Myself and wife was able to purchase several perfume + cologne products. The service provided by the entire team was exquisite. Huge shout out to Erin for helping save even more money on our purchase!We look forward to coming back and making this location our Ulta home store.Also, huge shouts out the rest of the team for the top tier service:MaxMiremyaKkMaddie-Ed and Sasha

The manger on March 14th is a direct reflection of the store. Messy, rude, and unorganized. I am a father of 3 girls and have no idea what I'm doing, no employee greeted us or asked if we needed help. Associates were either stocking or clean. 2 of the cashiers were getting lectured by the "manager" in front of customers and the line was getting long. We loved coming until the environment took a turn for the worst.

Employees at this location will refuse service to you if you don't give them your phone number and try to trick you into opening an account. I know that ulta customers aren't required to give out their information to shop because I spoke to corporate. I have a job that requires me to make sales but I don't blatantly lie to customers. It has been multiple employees at this location that do this.

I’m new to getting into makeup and I had a giftcard so I went to Ulta, the employees were so nice!! Tyler helped me because tbh I don’t know much about makeup, he was ever sweet and gave me great recommendations! The woman at the counter was so nice too, I should’ve gotten her name lol, such awesome and nice staff! :))

Absolutely loved going here!! I’m usually just browsing for hair products but I decided to do a beginner makeup haul. Jocelyn was such great help!! She helped me with picking out the best basics to start with and was very understanding to my budget. I would totally recommend this store!

I went in today for a pick-up order and was helped by Telia, who is so sweet and kind! She was very attentive and helpful, making the process go smoothly. She even took the time to show me the samples vending machine — which is the coolest thing! Telia has great customer service, an amazing attitude, and was so cheerful that it brightened my day! This location is always very clean and well organized, but having friendly cashiers like Telia really make the experience even better.

They called me 30 mins before my appointment to let me know their makeup artist called out. I have an event tonight and now have zero time to reschedule this. Very unprofessional and will never book with them again
