Bought 5 horse stall mats on 6/23. The two guys there were very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me load. I also saw him interact with other customers and was managing busy lines very politely. Thanks to these two!

I always go out of my way to go to this location. Always seem to have some good deals. The workers are always so kind and helpful. Zak and Rainey are always quick doing large load ups and Izzy has all the knowledge at the register. I definitely recommend spending some money here.

This is my first shopping visit to this store in Denton on 288. It's easy to find from the main road, a small but well seen entrance that curves back to the store. The front parking lot is not a grand parking lot but that means parking close! I'm familiar with the layout of Tractor Supply stores and they do vary. I shopped for cat food, bird seed, and rabbit feed. As I searched for the rabbit section, an associate had been talking with another customer in the main isle. I moved past and he quickly caught up with me and asked if I needed help. I said, "Yes, I need rabbit supplies!" He took me one more isle further and offered to help with anything I needed. He then asked if I needed help loading my car and to let the cashier know and he would gladly meet me in the front to assist. I didn't need help. The cashier was friendly and quick to check out out my items. Made eye contact, asked the usual TX questions. The store was definitely well stocked. Although I did not spend anytime here browsing the isles, I did notice the holiday items on display. My shopping experience here was a good one and I know Tractor Supply company well. Happy to have this conveniently located store with excellent customer service available yesterday!

I got a big compressor there today. It signed a bit over 200 pounds, and they loaded it in my T&C van without me asking. I tried to help(I am very capable), but the guys said, "No worries, we've got it."I would recommend them, they act like they like their jobs and you don't see that enough anymore.

I came in at about 8:15pm on 9/28/23 at the location in Denton off of loop 288 because I wanted to check out the store for supplies and other items for a pet! Unfortunately, not all my customer needs were met. Upon check out I was not greeted or acknowledged.. The cashier did not ask me for my phone number as she was engaged with another employee sitting on top of the register on their phones. I am a cashier at a local pet store here in Denton and I am just flat out dissatisfied with the customer service specifically. Regardless if it is 45 minutes before close I would've at least expected just a little bit of customer service as I understand it is the end of the day. After checking out a gentleman behind me was asked what his phone number was and was greeted immediately (he was probably a regular) But I personally just felt disrespected because I know what it's like to be a cashier and I know what good service is and what bad service is as well.. Would not recommend this location and I hope the staff sees this review...
