“I took my 08 Tiffin Phaeton motorhome in for annual maintenance and some preventive maintenance as well.
They took great care of my coach, as they accomplished each task, if they noticed anything that needed attention they'd let me know and we would discussed additional cost.
I feel I received the best of service and customer service. Very professional, always polite and courteous.

“When it comes to barbers and, certainly mechanics, I'm always looking for someone I can TRUST. I think I've found that with Ricardo and the gang here at Insta-tune. I had a leaking rear differential gasket that they refilled and sealed for only $145 on my 2007 crown Vic. He told me he looked the car over and later on I'll need shocks and brakes but other than that he told me nothing was wrong with it. No upselling, no hustling. I like that.”

“I broke down over the weekend and needed my car towed home, so I called Hook'd Towing. Chris the owner called me and said they can tow my car and could possibly fix the issue. I explained what my car was doing and he stated he would like to tow it to his shop and diagnose it to see if they can fix it. Jeremy took excellent care of my vehicle while towing.Not even a few hours after they had my car they diagnosed the problem and said they can get it fixed by 4pm that day. Before the end of the day I was able to drive my car back home with warranty and free adjustments.Chris is very knowledgeable and was transparent with me every step of the way. The price for my fix was fair and nicely priced definitely no where near where what i had in mind. If you need a tow or your car fixed Hook'd Autocare is your place!”

“My daughter's truck broke down on a Saturday, and the shop called EJ's to tow the truck to the shop. The driver that picked up the truck was really the nicest, most professional tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Cannot recall his name, but I believe it was truck 16. I highly recommend this company and this driver for any towing needs. Got to me really fast, called while on the way so I knew when he would get there, and had the truck up and on the flat bed in minutes and safely on its way. If I had cash at the time I would have thrown him a tip. Again, highly recommend for top notch care and service.”
“I just want to say if all your employees are as friendly and helpful as Cameron you have a good crew. I needed a flat changed and couldn't do it because of a medical issue. You guys were easy to work with and it made my day a lot easier where I could get to work without being to late and again Cameron was friendly. I would recommend you guys to others.”
