Just wasted an hour in the Denton, Texas location. I found several bras but needed to try on for a best fit.
The dressing room attendant told me "um, we don't normally try on bras".....kinda shocked , I asked if she was kidding and how was I supposed to know what fit? She said, "just buy and return what doesn't work " so I can TRY ON AT HOME? <<<<< this is a waste of everyones resources, my time, etc. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Love the variety. Store clean and organized. The only thing i wasn't pleased with are the tremendous long lines to check out. Two or three at a time. Line was to the back of the store.

Excellent merchandise, awesome employees especially , there is a lady in the beauty section, I think her name is Benny, she is a very nice and valuable person who has detailed information about beauty, even more than Ulta and Safora, she gave my wife good suggestions about lotions and shampoos, which was great with a smile, full of energy and good behavior, she is one of the most amazing employees I have ever seen. She is a good seller

I like that your store is overstock with inventory. I don’t like the long lines and the inexperience cashiers. My cashier didn’t know how to bag any of my stuff. She was inexperienced and needed training, not more training but training for Beginners. Please help your staff so they can help customers, effectively.

This store constantly is under staffed regarding cashiers, normally 5 or 6 stations open with over 20 people waiting. Waiting 15 minutes in line for a cashier is not acceptable.

I normally love TJmaxx and I went here shopping for some nightgowns and bras. Well, I went to go try them on and the lady asked me if what I had was lingerie. When I said “yes” she said “you can’t try those on because someone stole a bra yesterday” “we have a new policy”. She said “you can buy all the stuff and return it if it doesn’t work”. I said, “can I at least try on the nightgown?” She said, “no”. I said, “I don’t have time to take stuff back to the store” and had to set down all the items I took time to find and leave. It’s really disheartening that one person stealing can ruin all these other people’s experiences. Not to mention, put on whole new policies. Don’t steal a shirt in there because I’m sure that will be their next policy to add

One star for whoever ruined the purse shopping experience. Having an associate have to wait 15 minutes to unlock a bag and then watch you try it on is a terrible experience. I’ve bought bags at Maxx for years and I can’t imagine I ever will again.
