This shop was the 4th place we called and no one else was willing to touch an RV or even look at the tire, well Afford It didn't even bat an eye. They came out, started work right away and did a fantastic job. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Very honest and hard working!”
“The difference between auto repair shops can be subtle, but in this case, it was significant. My daughter, a UNT grad student, had a steering issue, and since I'm an hour away, trust is crucial.
Our first experience at a popular shop with great reviews and highly recommended was disappointing: they never mentioned, either in writing or over the phone, a $127 diagnostic fee. More importantly, my daughter felt she was not treated warmly or kindly.
Then we found Barebones Auto Repair, again recommended by both UNT parents and Google reviews. They are the complete opposite. They do what they say, when they say it. There are no hidden charges, only fair, upfront prices and a fast turnaround. The people are warm, friendly, and professional. This was as positive of an auto repair experience as you could hope for.
While it’s only been one visit, I'm already a huge fan!”

“Come give this guy some work! So, I'm a shopper & I went through the list of Denton tire shops I found on Google before I set out to conquer my Friday afternoon duties. There were a few that weren't able to get to the phone on time & after shopping all of them and feeling put out of a lot of money, I went through my list of people who didn't make the call on time. And, boy am I glad to have made the call one more time! What he offered, I couldn't resist so I made my way down here. I was greeted and not made to feel like just another tally for the register. I asked him if I could use their restroom & he went to explain something so I offered to just go to the Valero that was just a couple of steps away & he insisted that I use the one he had available. It was clean & welcoming (unlike other tire shops) and then, when I made my way back to move my truck into the shop, without even asking him, he offered me to wait in an air conditioned room he had. And, I must say, once again, for a tire shop, it's very nice and relaxing in here! Now, I'm excited to read my book that I figured I'd be reading while sitting on hard concrete. WELL DESERVED FIVE STARS! Btw, I can't say that I've ever been so impressed by someone and their service that I managed to make a review this long before my service has even been completed!”

The Technicians, Jacob and Dylan are very professional, patient with answering some of my questions and knows how to take good care of a customer on what they need. “Seemed a bit under staffed and took quite a while to get my car into the bay. Waiting room was far too cold. Staff was quite pleasant and friendly. Noticed a few people calling in about their vehicles that could not get finished today but mechanics left for the day without calling them. The remaining staff were handling the calls very well, but should not have had to do that.”
