Knew I needed a pedicure; happened to be in Golden Triangle Mall, just happened to see this salon; almost didn’t go in because of below average Reviews, went in anyway, place was clean, Lee was very hard to understand but very friendly. She took great care and worked hard on my toenails to make them look good. Tipped her nicely and was most pleased with her work.

I don’t like giving reviews but one lady there is very rude I wanted to check the nails to see what I can fix but the lady became so frustrated asking me I want it or no very rude lady rude customer services

I went and I got dipped he hurt the back of my finger on my cuticle I told him to stop and he did then he did it again and my cuticle started bleeding I definitely won’t be going back

i was charged twice for my nails. she said it only printed one receipt and i stated that my bank transactions show i was charged twice. the lady tried to say it was my bank when ive never had this problem. just came to them two weeks ago. been coming to them on and off for years. she also stated she had other customers(it was only one man in there and somebody else was attending to him) and i said i dont give a damn yall charged me twice and if it doesnt get fixed i will be returning to make sure i get my money back. and my nails could look better. will not be returning after this.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I never write reviews but this place has terrible customer service. I just wanted to get my acrylics soaked off and she said that was fine to have a seat. She cuts them down and then gets a fake nail tip and starts pulling them off. I tell her it's hurting me if she can do a soak off that's what we had agreed on before I even sat down. I said it nicely and she proceeded to continue pulling on it and then said that this was faster. I tried to explain my nails are thin right now and her pulling on the acrylic is painful. I mean come on if the customer is telling you it's hurting then why continue and not do it the right way. I told her if she couldn't do a soak off for me that I just rather leave because its hurting me she just tells me to "Go somewhere else" like nothing. I don't understand what the big problem was it was just a simple soak off but she just wanted to finish faster and didn't care that it was hurting me and damaging my nails. I'm sure she's the owner and could care less she just wants to sit her ass on the massage chair and not work. I don't recommend this place at all TERRIBLE customer service!

Two hours before closing the lady tells me oh we all booked for the night only one person getting her nails done and two getting a pedicure it’s crazy how they don’t have available for one more person I give this place a one star and the just to say that lady is so rude!!!!!

I went in today to have a pedicure,waited an hour and watched several people walk in after me get service. It was like I was invisible or something. The short heavy set guy was passing water out to everyone but me. I won't be returning!!! In search of a black owned nail shop
