I have been communicating with the leasing office for just a little over two weeks and they have been amazing. They helped me figure out what I needed to do to get approved and once I was able to get that taken care of they got me approved the same day. They’ve always answered any question I’ve had with quickness and a smile. I can’t wait to move in and be part of the community.

Shara the AM IS AWESOME! She answers my questions and resolves my issues in a timely manner. I absolutely love this complex. It’s quiet, safe, and peaceful. Been a resident since 2022. In the beginning we did have a bad roach infestation, but that is a thing of the past. They worked very quickly and diligently to get that problem solved. Any maintenance request is handled fast. They are very polite and friendly.

1 Rating. Quite Bad!!! I moved in and they refused to fix anything. All the cabinets have are broken, mold in my sink cabinets, and bugs craw all since I’ve moved in these have only gotten worse the more I notice. I’m paying over 1.1k for a demolish home. It’s been almost a year since I signed my first lease and I already want to move due to these poor conditions. They don’t care. I’ve walked into the leasing office and no one would even be there. Always someone new who doesn’t know what to do yet. Horrible customer service.

Shara C. has been Great! She got my infant daughter & I the apartment we wanted in a week! I started college classes and she was able to work with us us at short notice. We got us updated and new appliances as well! excited to be live here ! love the new apt!

Worst apartment experience i’ve ever had! They never answer the phone. Every time I put in a work order for one of the dozens of things that are broken or messed up they refuse to fix it. Our sink has been messed up the entire year that i’ve lived here, ceiling paint is chipping off in huge chunks, and most of the handles on our cabinets have broken off. When a maintenance worker does come in all they do is look it over and tell us that they will send someone to fix it. Shortly after leaving they mark the work order as complete and we never see them again. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It’s not worth the money you will have to spend!!

I’ve been looking in the area for an apartment at a decent price and stubbled upon this community. My tour with Shara was GREAT! She had answers for all my questions and was super informative.
