I love this location. Everybody has always been so nice, and so fast. Today Chloe helped me, and was lovely, and even though we chatted while she worked I swear I was out in 3 minutes!

I will never go here again.
I went to return it as it was delivered from Amazon, but the employee was very rude and charged me for the packaging and said I had to buy a plastic bag. This is behavior I don't understand...even though the contents were delivered and not opened....
Delivery is also done by UPS..Do I need to double package it when returning it?

Been coming here for years. Apparently they charge for taping services. That’s service is also taxed. Seems crazy.

Daniel was a great help to me. I had several items that I needed help with, including a passport photo. He was great. He even found me a jacket to put on because my pink shirt was too light for the photo! Above and beyond! I will recommend everyone go to this UPS Store.

There is a rude old lady called margarette , she never does her job properly and then acts like she owns the UPS . Doesn’t even care about the customer . I was already getting late for my appointment and she messed up the copies and missed important documents while copying. Then instead of apologizing she said i dont charge you for taking the copy again and threw my papers as if she is doing me a favor. What kind of egotistic racist attitude is that. I never experienced this in any UPS store . Never coming back until she is gone for good. Pathetic!!!
Update: Its been 2 months since i posted my review and the store owner doesn’t have the courtesy to answer my complaint. This shows their care for the customer.

Everytime I go in there , they are always staffed and moving the lines. Managing a business, you need efficiency. Margarete Pevehouse, is always so friendly and efficient. This is my favorite UPS store!!

I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS store while dropping off an Amazon package. The staff was extremely unhelpful and insisted that I tape up the package myself, even though I didn't have any tape with me. Their attitude was rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. This is not the level of service I expect from a UPS store. If you're looking for convenience and good customer service, I recommend going elsewhere.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I have received! Took me over 5 calls to be able to get someone at the store to answer my call. The issue with the package has not been resolved, it had gotten worse!
Update:
From 1 star to 5.
I am grateful to the store's owner and manager for resolving this issue. They refunded us for the package, re-united me to my automobile, and paid for the extra charges incurred at the airport. Thank you so much for your approach to taking excellent care of resolving this issue!

They deliver only once to the house and then send it to this store that takes forever to update and everyone that works here has a different story as to when it’s available to be picked up I would never in my life ever ever ever ship regardless. FedEx is infinitely better at shipping and receiving than this trash company.
