The owner is amazing; I have been shopping reducing the length of my watches, and changing my batteries there. The whole team is so friendly and their advices are always in my favor. I will not stop shopping there for any reason in the world. Thank you "Silver Shop", your discount for the holidays are just amazing!!!!!!!

I took my brand new Coach watch (tag and all still attached) in to this store to simply have a few links removed. Kumar, the salesman there, assured me he could do it. Instead, he broke it. And then instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, his response was that it was a cheap piece and "it happens"! Never again will I take anything there or go into that store again for ANY reason. I'd advise others not to as well.

First off, I said hello to the angry girl at the counter and no response...or change in the ignorant face area. This fine establishment is an excellent place to go for incorrect advice, disgusting attitudes from the guy and girl staff, and all your one day life maximum jewelry purchasing needs. They tried to tell me there's no such thing as solid silver jewelry and theirs is the best quality you can get...very not interesting. In real life I sure have purchased .999 silver bullion and you can also purchase jewelry created out of such material. Don't do it. This place is suck

This place doesn't have high quality jewelry or a large selection. They also aren't affordable. They come off as desperate - I watched the lady behind the counter call out to a customer that already expressed disinterest in something and continue to try and sell him on a necklace.

Watch Batteries sign stated $9.99 was charged $14.99 and the letters were popped off when battery was changed. Then told for additional charge they can be repaired. So disappointed as I have been going here for years having worked at Dillard's. So sad to see this is no longer a great place. Will not be returning.
