Extremely happy with the work from the design house in Denton. Purchased new carpet for our entire house. Ashley was great to work with. She came to the house several times to discuss paint colors and carpet. We were very happy with the results. The installers, Juan and Roberto, did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I went back and forth on what type of review to leave. Our kitchen turned out beautifully with the countertops. That bathroom, however, was where the headache was. While they were working on it, I noticed a lot of uneven tiles. We pointed it out, and they removed them and "fixed it." Upon completion, it still was uneven, pieces of tile sticking out..just sloppy work..when they were here 4 days. We reached out, and they came back weeks later to redo it. During that demo, some sheetrock and tile were damaged. They came to fix that after a while also. So while we are pleased with the willingness to work and fix it...it's still not what we would except for what we paid. It's not necessarily Design House fault but just be mindful of who they have doing this work. The only complaint with the final project is the silicone thrown in the corners of the shower, which is very uneven and messy. Pricey work for a "itll have to work" outcome.

The Design House did a fantastic job on our recent remodel!
The Cambria countertops are gorgeous, the carpet feels amazing, and the hardwood floors completely changed our space. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a reliable company with great products, huge selection, and great service, I would recommend The Design House!

We had carpet and tile installed in our 40’ motor home and they did a great job. Everyone we came in touch with from sales to supervisors to installers were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

super friendly, solve problems, great at explaining things as they go and flexible with tight budgets. this is the second time we've worked with them and one thing I really appreciate is their willingness to let us know when we can do something ourselves to help make the budget work and walk us through it. The finished kitchen is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Awesome local group, would definitely recommend before anyone else

The team at the Design house did an awesome job of fixing our countertops! Another firm had installed them 10 years ago without using proper support techniques. They crashed down in the middle of the night and the Design House rushed in to save the day! They were super responsive, professional, courteous, and cleaned up our mess! I would highly recommend!

Paid for design consultation which we received. Asked some questions about it and she never replied. Decided to go in and pick out tiles on a Saturday. She said she would get back to us and never did. Ended up ordering from another retailer of that brand. Overall would not recommend based on our experience.

So I went in to look and the staff was off the charts. 3 beautiful ladies treated me like family.I felt like I won the lottery. Then the guys came out and were also very cool. I highly recommend this place. That was some food I brought but the place was just awesome. What a great staff.
