Great gym, always clean and has everything you need for work outs! The water situation is a little rough. No water fountains and the water dispenser they do have is been out of water for 3 months make sure you bring your own water!

i enjoy living here but what makes me pretty upset is the amount of trash/ dog mess on the property. and i really feel bad for the apartment associates bc they should NOT have to pick up after grown adults. it’s sick tbh, i wish people would pick up after themselves or at least the arch needs to really crack down on this.
