I had a 3:00 appointment check in... Showed up at 2:55 and watched the 2 customers that were already there get their hair cut... one stylist left and then another customer walked in without a check in... So she was a walk-in... the stylist asked if she was Clayton and I said "no I am" then she said she would take that walk-in customer... so I left.... I will never return... great first impression... Not helpful at all. We brought our toddler and the employee 1 immediately did not want to cut his hair. Employee 2, who was attending us seem to want to work with us, but employee 1 had a negative attitude and kept nodding her head. This made us feel uncomfortable so we left. We did not even last 2 minutes in the store. Felt disappointed.

I made an appointment online for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:15pm. There were four stylists working and I thought I wouldn’t have to wait long. At 2:30, literally all the stylists left, leaving one stylist and a trainee. At 3:00, I spoke up and said, I had a 2:30 appointment and the stylist said rudely “Online appointments are simply guesstimates.” I waited another fifteen minutes and finally gave up and left. To make matters worse, I am a 69 year old senior citizen and my car is having issues so I had asked my sister to drive me over for my 2:30 appointment so she sat in the car for the entire hour I was waiting inside. I have never been treated so poorly and will never go to this Supercuts location in Razor Ranch, Denton, Texas again. Actually I will never go to another Supercuts location as apparently they have no concept of a professional salon. Horrible customer service, extreme rudeness and no communication or apologies for leaving me sit for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I came home and cried because of the way I was treated.

Terrible place do not go here the lady cut my sons hair and mid haircut she tells him she is not a barber he showed the lady what he wanted it looked nothing like the video she cut the hair way to short my son won’t even take off his own hood in his own house never goin here again she didn’t even line him up 0/10

First of all she made me feel horrible ab my hair and so insecure so that i felt like i had to get the detox treatment then completely botched my hair ive never had a worse haircut

two years ago i got the worst haircut of my life here . it was so bad that i still think about it daily . thank god hair grows back . i truly will never come back .

So I made an appointment at 5:30. I was late I admit but only 8 minutes late. The lady greeted me and said that she would take me after she was done. I waited till 5:58 and another lady walked in and told me they couldn’t help me. Saying I didn’t get there till 5:45. I waited more than 20 minutes for them to refuse service after saying they would cut my hair.Worst place.

Waited 2 hours. And I didn't even get to get a haircut... checked into their kiosk at the front desk. Phoenix is one of the hairstylist who started calling names. I was the 3rd one on the list of the 9 on the board. She started calling out line 1, and no answer called out the 2nd on the list, and 1 did answer. She then called 3rd, which should be me, but yet she called out someone else... omg!!! I asked why she hadn't called my name since I would have been the 3rd one to be next. She stated that the checkin is not always correct on the board. ** You got to be kidding** I left. What a waste of my 2 hours !!!! ?

Appointment was on nov 2 at 2pm. I waited till around 3 for my haircut. There was nobody else there and 2 people working. The lady that walked in after me without an appointment sat down in a chair before i did. Really really bad haircut. The left side of my head is noticeably different than the right. She said she was done and i did not want her to cut my hair anymore if she thought she was done so I didn't say anything. I shouldn't have to go home and finish getting all the spots that she missed. I'll be going to great clips or a barber from now on. Maybe you'll get lucky and not get the same girl I did.

Kodi has been my go to stylist for a while now. She took care of me at another location and I will continue to follow her at this location. She’s is a very experienced stylist with a great creative eye. She’s good at knowing her people and remembering how they like their hair done. She’s up to speed on recent trends and is knowledgeable on fun old school styles as well. From men to women’s styles she can do it all! No doubt you’ll have a fun time sitting in her chair. Always caring and witty conversation. She’s very down to earth and works in a timely manner. She’s a gifted hairdresser and grateful to find this gem to do my hair. #kodiforthewin

Absolutely loved Phoenix! She did a fabulous job and was super nice!!! My hair felt amazing and light after her doing a deep conditioner and cutting layers and thinning it! Highly recommend her!!
