I came here for work. The room had a random smell, the stove did not work, and the water pressure was not that great. I do not have an issue with dogs in general but the size of dogs should be considered. These dogs were on the level of Clifford. The cleanliness of this hotel was very basic and I would not recommend this hotel.

This place was pretty nice. When I checked in the guy at the counter was pretty grumpy but I did check in late so maybe he's not used to too much human interaction. (It was around 2:30am) My first impression of the room and hotel were "oh wow this is nioce" but then I went to plug in my cellphone and watch. The way the ONE plug [In a double queen bedroom] on the lamp was turned I couldn't use my usual 3 outlet plug so I went to walmart that wasnt too far the next day and purchased a cute extension cord. That was annoying bc even the USB-A ports didn't even work it's like the middle part was taken out so I had to charge my phone and watch a little then plug the fan in so I could go to sleep. I noticed when I woke up that the bed closest to the bathroom had two outlets on the wall but the one I was in next to the window didn't have anything else other than the lamp (maybe if I would have moved the little dresser I would have seen another plug but tbh I didn't wanna do all that). I slept thru breakfast the 1st night but when to Seven Mile Cafe and it did not disappoint. It did smell of bacon that day downstairs in the lobby area I was excited to have breakfast the next day at the hotel. Later that night when I made it back to the room we bought drinks and alcohol planning to use ice at the hotel but they don't have a public ice machine. The lady at the front said we are supposed to use the one in our fridge. That would have been nice to know at check in so we could turn that on immediately I went to "neighbors" and none of their freezers were making ice either. So next day I wake up early to get breakfast and was disappointed they didn't have bacon that day and the selection wasnt all that... my feelings were hurt! Would I stay again yup I like hotels where I can use my Chromecast.Rooms: The rooms were decent. It would have been nice to have more plugs for the bed that I was in but other than that the water was hot, everything was clean. It was nice.Nearby activities: There is a bowling alley next door and across the road is a mall.Noteworthy details: START THE ICE MAKER IN YOUR ROOM AS SOON AS YOU GET THERE IF YOU WANT ICE!!!

Awful experience. A/C wasn't working in our room. Front desk said no other rooms like ours were available. We had pre-paid through a third party. I understand that a refund was not an option, but no other options or rectifications were offered.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We has 2 suites for our large family who was visiting for a wedding. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us. The rooms were clean and spacious.Rooms: We had a 2 suites that each included two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and a common area. The 9 of us slept comfortably.Nearby activities: Very close to the Denton square if you're Ubering. Walking is not recommended.Walkability: The area is busy and under construction.

Excellent location, clean rooms (we stayed in a double suite) and customer service was great!! Will definitely stay again! Kristina the manager was the best and I can’t remember the name of the other lady (African American) that was also excellent They helped us on everything we needed . No issues at all. Hotel is safe and always plenty of parking.Rooms: No issues . Housekeeping delivered clean towels everyday (we were there for a week) room was cleaned twice when we were there . All housekeeping staff was nice and friendly too.Safety: No issues

Excellent size rooms, spaces and the Kitchen suite was wonderful. Will highly rrecommend on Google Reviews and stay at this hotel brand when travelingFood & drinks: The breakfast lacked terribly. No meats served on the weekend. Management should reconsider this. Weekend breakfasts are important to travelers

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to the poor attention I received as a customer. The staff was inattentive and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were nice, the social gathering was nice besides the food being very limited and cheap. “Management” should not even be considered management since she was sarcastic, rude and not pleasant at all, seemed miserable to be there. Grills outside do not work at all and fire pit makes a horrible sound when lit, and Homeless people outside the doors with their stuff all over the place.

Unhelpful, unauthorized charges, terrible management and communication. Guest Cervice and IHG call line was a nightmare.Place is scam if you ask me. Good think I won the dispute with my bank.I DIDNT EVEN STAY HERE

I wouldn't recommend this hotel because my son in law was not treated correctly like he should have the lastweekend of December for our family Christmas.The gentleman that waited on him was Family member and his wife was very rude and especially after l talked to another guy, that was wonderful 2 days before he was fantastic and l gave all the information he and he attached all the information to my profile. So my grandson and his wife could just check in. They still had issues.Poor communication at this hotel and definitely need some improvement on how to treat guests.

Great location and rooms are as advertised.My complaint is with the front desk and their handling of guests, and professionalism.We extended our stay, but went through a 3rd party. There was some mix up with the "handshake" through systems, and the front desk made it seem as we were some squatters trying to pull one over on them. They demanded payment and insisted that it was my problem and were quite rude about the situation.Front desk was aware of the new reservation and legitimacy of it. Also took place roughly an hour after our original checkout time. Certainly no cause for alarm?A simple situation, with a simple fix, but their attitudes and reactions were insulting and unnecessary.We will strongly reconsider staying here again.
