This was the first time that we reserved a room at Staybridge. What a wonderful experience! Our room was clean and equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast included a terrific variety of foods, and the employees were helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning soon!

Showers don't have much pressure or water but it's probably city ordinance or EPA fault.

It's disgusting, there are cockroaches, ticks and bedbugs, I don't know because they let animals into the hotels and they don't fumigate the rooms.

We were lucky enough to meet Erick and the entire team that makes up Staybridge Suites. Both the girls at the reception night, as well as Alonso and Erick, have made our experience unique and very comfortable. The Housekipping and cooking girls are pure love. The owners also made our stay unforgettable. Without a doubt, the location is ideal, quiet and close to a gym, shopping centers, leisure and gastronomy spaces just a few minutes by car and quick and easy access to the main roads.
The rooms are very correct, the common spaces are great and the outdoor barbecue is fantastic.
We definitely recommend it. Erick, thank you very much for how you have treated us. We will always take you with us

Everything was great!
I have stayed in Springhill Suites before. I was hoping that Staybridge Suites was the updated version. It was even more!
The Staybridge Suites is what the Springhill Suites must have been when they were BRAND NEW.
The staff was excellent!
I had an accessible room on the 3rd floor. There was a chip spill right outside the elevator door. I mentioned it in passing to the front desk. The entire thing was cleaned up when I walked back in minutes later. Very impressive!
It saddens me that these great reviews are so short. They seem to be so much less thought out. But in this case, that is just not true.
Cleanliness, check!
Service, check!
Friendly staff, check!
Comfortable bed, check!
Safe shower, check!
Quiet, check!
Would I stay here again? IN A SECOND!!

Stayed 2 nights. 2nd night was absolutely horrible. “Quiet hours” are from 11p-6a and from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am, there was a growing party of like 20 plus people out by the fire pit by the pool that woke me up at 1:00 am. Naturally upset, I tried to call down to the front desk but neither phone in the room worked. So I walked to the front desk to see if there was anyone aware of this, and the night receptionist told me “she was just becoming made aware of this” when not only did she have a clear view of outside from the front desk, there’s NO WAY she didn’t hear them. I told her to take care of it or I will, and she didn’t, so I called 911. About 1 minute later, the crowd dispersed and more than half of them were not guests and ran to their cars and drove off. The next morning, no follow up, nothing. So the day side receptionist was beyond pleasant and probably the only “positive” thing that came from staying at this place. The entire hotel REAKED of weed. The TV’s didn’t work in our room and we weren’t able to stream from any device. Beds had zero cushion. Overall experience, horrible. Save your money and go to a motel 6 or literally anywhere else.

It only takes one bad apple to ruin the pie….one of the desk clerks has done everything in her power to make our extended stay difficult. Was a nightmare getting checked in. They say that the hotel is pet friendly. I guess the fine print says it costs $250 to be pet friendly….afore mentioned desk clerk happened to see our dog,(who is cleaner than our children) and changed us $250…smh….some people.
Noteworthy details: We are here for medical reasons and it is functional for an extended stay.

This is the best place ever! Tameke is the most wonderful front desk representative always helpful with a smile. Rooms always clean with a terrific cleaning staff. Breakfast prepared by Yesenia R. Is excellent and she really make me feel at home n I came all the way from Michigan. I recommend this place for everyone.
Food and drinks: Food n drinks are excellent.
