I work mostly during days until 10:00 and I watch TV during middle of the night. Seems like yall are constantly doing maintenance on cable so my internet , cable is always down. Spectrum sucks. Always gas. I guess always will.

Absolutely horrible company. Overpriced services and we now only purchase internet through them because we have to. Our city leaders don't care that this horrible company has a monopoly here and is the only option for most residents. Signal constantly goes out during the day without warning and the quality of streaming is substandard-it is seriously lagging. Customer service is generally rude and naturally, they never show any of the problems on their end. They will send someone out to your house but you will be charged for it if they don't determine that the problem is with their end of things. Complete racket. Find another company for internet and tv if you can.

I have had nothing but issues. I’ve had a technician out to my house multiple times in the past two months and each time they say the same thing, “the issue is on spectrums end and there is no timeline when it will be fixed.” Great customer service right there. I’ll just pay you my monthly amount and you provide me with subpar service.

Fast friendly service. Richard answered our questions, set up our new phones and saved us money on our home bundle. Usually I'm not thrilled with Spectrum, but I'm warming up to them thanks to Richard.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. ZERO STARS. I have been (against my own will) using spectrum for the past 3 years because my apartment requires it, and I can honestly say my internet gets cut off AT LEAST once a week. Yes, bill has been paid and everything. In fact, my internet is out as we speak. It will be a miracle if this review actually gets posted. When it first started happening they told me to "just unplug and plug back in the equipment". I have to do this about 5 times a day for it to MAYBE start working. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. Im so sick and tired of paying for internet that doesn't work half the time. (I don't even leave nasty reviews on any business but I am sooooo tired of this bs)

I work from home and the internet is always going out. Thank goodness for my Hotspot on my phone. I complain and they say it was scheduled maintenance like I am stupid. They are now inundating my email with scheduled maintenance that is happening during the day within an 8 hour window but they don't tell you how or what will be effected so it's a guess - will my internet go out today? I would rather spend a few extra dol l ars and have reliable internet.

I was told to come back ...the system was down. I was returning equipment as i had discontinued my service with Spectrum. Would not take the equipment. I asked if later or next day would be ok . He didnt know. He pointed in a general direction and told me to take it to UPS by Walmart and continued to look at his phone. The young man who greeted me and tried to help was mannerly.

Keep in mind that the $52 is only good for one year, after they will bump up your bill to a nice $72 for only a few nights of actual working internet. This is now the 5-7 night of the internet not working in 2 weeks. I work on school work at night since I work all day and the outages are always from 12 pm - 5 am. If I’m paying this much for a service, you would expect it to work. Sadly, can’t cancel since there’s no other provider in my neighborhood. Customer service has been good the times i have used it, but I am starting to get fed up with the outages.

Don't recommend for competitive gaming. They randomly disconnect the services whenever they see fit. Advanced warning would be appreciated, but you don't get that. In fact, they don't tell you about a disconnect unless you ask the robot online.

Do your research because sometimes. Apple site was way less than Spectrum phone prices. Leading up to the launch iPhone 15 Apple lowered the price (several weeks prior) of the iPhone 13 from $729.99 to $599.99 but of course Spectrum kept the prior MSRP. To top it off I was told I had a 30 day return police with a $50 restocking fee so I would only eat $50 (per my lack of research). I went to return the phone 17 days (9/3-9/20) later and was told I was misinformed (and I should had read the receipt) and it was a 14 day return policy and nothing could be done.Very happy ending to the situation, after speaking with Vanesa with the service team she was able to resolve with issue. Much love to Spectrum phone customer service!!

If you are thinking about canceling Spectrum service, Spectrum would not refund the unused portion of the service.Don't sign up with this company.There are two reasons canceling their service.You can't watch TV sometimes once a week and the internet disrupts and can't work from home too.It happens a way too many times after I sign up.So, I canceled on Sept 5th and paid $230 on the 22nd of August. Spectrum wouldn't refund the unused portion.They kept more than $150 of my money.Not good company.

Spoke to Dottie in customer service. She advised me there was 1 hour wait on the phone due to many people having issues. She did a little research, and now I have no issue. Thank you again, Dottie!

I signed in at the kiosk. Other people walked in and went right to the counters in the bank & got service immediately. Our internet is super slow. I can’t be on my phone and stream a movie at the same time. I don’t recommend.
