I have used every single big name pharmacy available in the country and decided to give Southern Star a shot. This is by far, hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy, ever. Keitrick is the exact definition of what courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and kind is. I will be transferring our families prescriptions here and if you are looking new pharmacy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southern Star Pharmacy. Thank you for helping me overcome the usual dread of having to go to the pharmacy and restoring my faith with a beyond exemplary experience !

Place used to be great when Dr. Masood was here but, since then you have to wait days for your prescription to be ready and they're only open such limited hours that you end up waiting sometimes 4 days for ur meds if they were sent Friday for example. So despite wanting to support a local business it is just not accessible for folks who need quicker access to their meds. And there are more issues coming up lately, making it just too difficult to get what you need when you need it. It was a nice feeling having a close relationship with the pharmacist and I'll miss it! But convenience is more what I need right now.

They called saying the medication was ready for pick up. When I got there, they said they were out and had to order more and gave me a couple days supply to hold me over until their order is in.That is absolutely unacceptable for a pharmacy.I've had nothing but bad experiences. They don't pick up the phone. They don't adhere to their hours of service.Just don't.

They go above and beyond to get your prescription ready on a timely manner. I received text messages to notify every steps of my order. The gentleman that helped me was very attentive. I felt like they were there to support me with my needs.

Easy to get ahold of and very quick with getting the medicine delivered. Great communication: let’s you know when delivery person has picked up the order and when it is delivered.
