my vehicle was a mess. I called all of the auto detail places around town and tried to figure out who would give me and charge me for a “new car“ detail.
i spoke to this guy twice about what I wanted - and he assured me it would happen and then quoted me $200 and then booked the car to stay at his shop for six hours…
Cleaning the interior of this car for six hours is about what it needed…. and I was happy to pay for it.
Unfortunately, upon inspection picking it up it took me about 3 to 4 seconds to realize that I had been snookered. My cloth seats weren’t shampooed… Just vacuumed… My carpets weren’t shampooed just vacuumed… Poorly… My steering wheel still had steering wheel Grime on it …. the doors still had grime where you always grab your door to close it or rest your arm all the time… I provided a box and said “empty all the cubbies and glove boxes and everything else you might find and just put it all in this box”
They didn’t empty any of the cubbies or glove box in my vehicle which makes it pretty difficult to vacuum them out… But that’s OK because I guess they didn’t plan on it anyways.
In all honesty… 1.5 to 2 hours at one of those Car wash places where they provide a free vacuum and a bottle of Windex and some cup towels … and let my 16-year-old nephew and a $50 bill do the job is the type of detailing I paid $200 for… Had to book it two weeks in advance… And waited all day to pick it up… Then, literally, go home and start cleaning on it myself.
the pictures I’m providing are of what the inside of my glove boxes look like when they were done… All the dirt and crud I could find all over the place… Areas in my vehicle were still grimy from being a part-time work truck… And yes, I did call up my nephew and gave him 50 bucks to clean the rest of the truck up…
All in all… There was no details to this auto interior cleaning… Same thing you could do at the car wash with a bottle of Windex and a free vacuum.

Kevin was awesome, I called last minute and asked if he could detail my car within a week.. he didn’t have availability but offered to put me on a call list in the case someone canceled or he had availability open up. I initially called on a Thursday I believe, he called me Sunday and offered to do the detail that Monday. I was super happy with the customer service and the detail was top notch. I highly recommend.

Kevin picked up my Subaru Outback at 8:30am and returned it at 1pm. Looks like a new car! Price was $249 and worth it. Don't hesitate to use this detail company.

Kevin always does an amazing job! The attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. I had planned on replacing my air nozzle caps since they all disappeared. Without asking Kevin did it! Sometimes it’s just the little things. The engine compartment looks like new again and no slippery excess on the interior leather. Great job Kevin!

Kevin and Shine-It Auto Detail, just detailed my X5 and it's not exaggeration to say that my car looks like it's brand new! Beyond impressed with the quality of work - interior and exterior stains and blemishes that I had thought were permanent have disappeared. Excellent service from Kevin. Reasonably priced. I couldn't get past the MEMEMEfrom the owner to send him 3 of my vehicles scheduled one after the other, but I guess he just don't like my year , make & model of vehicles or the fact a female wanted to simply ask a question or two and a request that my car not be parked on the street as it's a high theft vehicle.Right away he got highly offended ..?He basically cared less about MY concerns for MY vehicles .It was ALL about how simply nothing matters -but -about him and how successful He is and been.How he is set up,how many yearshe been in business blah blah blah.It was a challenge to speak as he spoke over me the whole time.This guy was so FULL of himself I could not get past him over talking my question or request just to hear about him him his his blah blah shop & ego.Thing is , this guy really did great work for me in the past..work is one thing but he is not the same nice guy I once did biz with.Wow , amazing how in a couple years people totally switch gears.Not the same humble guy I used to know.Then he gave me permission as if I needed it to go to another facility ?.I mean this guy basically talk to himself and me to go to another shop. Why?No one being a Karen then. But hey let's look at this now????I really don't NEED permission from another to make choices geeze, how rude and arrogant.Pride comes before a fall.?I forgive you big busy business man?️, but yea, glad you can turn away $650 for starts and my plans to get the service I had in the past. But somebody's out there is hungry and they will take the main ?course instead of your thoughts throw backs ??.So it's pick n choose now? ?Gone are the days when $ comes to you welcome it.?Now it's if an owner doesn't like your face or voice your gender your out.? ?Now it's like let me show you just how enormous my ego is and hey if you don't like it leave .... ?That's EXACTLY WHAT ME AND MY 3DID $$$? ????????Not hurt at all, just amazed and a little disappointed that integrity means different things to different people . ?It suppose to cover customer service is a HUGE part of it.?I just don't get how a simple question got a hold of a person to run that customer off.Fight with the wife? or significant other???? Can't take it out on the rest of us.. just saying..That will kill a business quick . ?So ba byee????NEXT!!!! ??✅?

You can tell the owner cares! They did a great job on my car and did more than I was expecting. No details missed will definitely be coming back!
