Bad customer service, he is super rude and selling Red Bull 16fl for 6 dollars unrealistic price and same Red Bull I get across the road in cvs for 4 dollars. I will Never visit this place again.

Don’t try to pump here. I tried to empty out a debit card for a bit of gas. I paid for more than a gallon, but when I turned my car on nothing changed. I went inside and told the couple that I didn’t get any gas from my purchase and they continuously talked to me in a demeaning manner, being ignorant to the fact I didn’t get any gas. They told me I have to pay for more to see any change, but I had put in more than a gallon. I couldn’t even get a refund because they refused to listen to me. They were very condescending and far from helpful. I tried to argue with them but they couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service, pump at any other station nearby the area.

The Indian man inside cursed at me and made me leave the property while my wife waited alone in the uhaul for roadside assistance. Had this man been polite and understanding about a flat tire I would have purchased 31 gallons of fuel, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I do not understand what his issue is. Horrible customer service. Would recommend avoidance at all cost.

I've been going tot his gas station for year's. Known the people inside for year's awsell. They have always treated me like family and gave great service. They remember thing's i buy so half the time i don't even have to ask for what i want. Great pump's and great service. Definitely recommends stoping by this gas station if your close

BRAND NEW GAS PUMPS!!! I love it honestly. Other reviews are out of date. Been living in Denton about 4 months and I stop by here everytime before I leave town. It's a Mom and Pop owned bizz, wonderful greetings and service. Also for our handicap Texans they will come pump your gas for you if they have another attendant on staff!

This a****** was rude to my wife and then stole her money for an air machine that doesn't work. He says it's a third party but I know the gas station business and he may not service them but he's making money on them. My wife tells him " You should put a sign that it's broken" This Asshat says "Well now you know it's broken so don't come back". Thanks fuck-yard, that's obvious. Let's just say the culture there has zero respect for women much less customers. I'm taking this to Shell corporate and the better business bureau. There are a lot of stations close enough to pass this place up.

Gas pumps are either out of order or won't accept my DATCU card. It's been this way for years. It would be great if Kroger found a more reliable station to redeem points.

My girlfriend and i stopped here to get gas before a road trip several hundreds of miles away. The first charge cleared that same day, but two days later we find that the same charge is pending again. We contacted our bank, and we were told to contact the store to tell them to cancel the second charge... Which probably would have worked if their phone was even plugged in. Nobody answers, a machine apologizes, and we're stuck in our destination. Had i known that "service" from a shell station would ruin everything about these next few days i would have gone to S&B down the road, saved a penny a gallon, saved a buck or more on smokes, and i wouldn't be spending 3+ hours to get a small amount of cash. Thats right! Over 3 hrs later and we're still in a web of phone calls and it STILL doesnt look like we've made any progress. We are reporting the store to corporate as im writting this. So THANK YOU, shell!

It's a gas station, what more do you need to know? They've got all the gas station essentials: beer, cigarettes, the guy sitting on the curb who may or may not be homeless but you give him a couple dollars anyway. I've been asked for my ID every time I've bought alcohol, just in case any younglings were wondering. Not that I'm condoning underage drinking (alright so call of the raid, Mr. FBI).
