I was very disappointed after I left the nail salon. I’m the type of customer that likes to trust the process and also out my trust in the employees. I got a gel fill. I felt as if my fill was rushed, taking 35 minutes. Didn’t take very much time reshaping my nails. They are wonky, not fully in the coffin shape that I asked for and non of them look relatively identical. Some of my nails are rounded on one side and straight on the other resulting in a crooked looking nail. Nail polish was left one my skin, not much but noticeable. Afterwards, oil was put on my cuticles but it was so much it was dripping down my fingers and onto my palms. I had to take a paper towel to wipe it away. I normally like the cuticle oil but I never had it where it was dripping down my palms. You can also notice a difference in length between a few of my nails, I know it’s not going to be perfect but there’s some significant differences . Overall disappointed by the carelessness and the missed details.

Beautiful new nails by David at Serenity Nail Spa
Requested style: I asked for geode nails and showed David a couple of pictures. These pics are the result. In the past, I came in wearing a pretty yellow, black and white print dress and asked Vivian to match my dress. She gave me amazing nail artwork that matched the designs on my dress.
Specialties: If you are looking for unique nail art, this is the place to go in Denton. These were done by David, but Vivian has done beautiful art on my nails in the past.
Cleanliness: Very clean and nicely appointed
Stylist: David is an artist full stop. I show him a picture and throw him curve balls. He knocks it out of the park every time.

Excellent service. Saturday evening. JOHN (Tim) was excellent. Dip nails. Great personality. HANNAH was lovely. Gel pedicure. My daughter had great service as well. I did not get the names who took care of her. Very pleased. Very clean. A little more expensive than I was paying in Gainesville. But such great service. Beautiful salon. We will be back.

Took my 82 year old mother in for a basic toenail trimming and a classic fingernail trimming. Prices $10 and $20. They kept trying to upsale. I said no multiple times. Confirmed the services before they began. At checkout they tried to charge her $55. Said the lady massaged her feet. We never asked for the service. Never again! 0 stars.

Kay does the best pedicures, she actually takes the time to cut around the nail and remove the gunk/nail on the sides, no one else even remotely does this.
I tried a manicure here with tips. The design was fairly simple but I was told it was hard bcuz the nails were short. It's only been 5 days since I got them done and the white lines are already fading and coming off. Not the best work I've seen.

Pedicure was amazing didn’t tell me about the $20 charge for polish, the nail tech who did my nails smelled like cigarette smoke so bad. My cuticles were hit so many time as he was rushing thru my nails. The design is no where near what I asked for. First and last time here
