Pretty cool place, obviously the bulk you're looking for. But they also sell furniture for outdoors, TVs, and other neat things that have randomly cheap prices.
Get them while you can because the stock rotates.
If you buy your membership online, be sure to visit the customer service area to get your card before checkout. You need that membership card!
Between $50-$75 a year for memberships!

Picked up an online order today and the look of disgust when I get home because my two packs of hamburger buns have holes in bag where a rodent has chewed the buns up. I called the store and the lady who answered said “All you can do is bring it back to the store for a refund”. Unsympathetic. The whole point of curbside is to avoid the store inside.

I love and appreciate the ability to use scan and go on the app as it allows me to easily and quickly check out without waiting in line.

Came in to get a new battery. Was told it would take 15 minutes. Ended up having to wait 1.5 hours to get a battery installed. The employees told me sorry it got busy. That has nothing to do with installing a battery. Ridiculous but it is a Walmart brand so what should I of expected. And the batteries at Sam’s were $20 more than the ones at Walmart! Ridiculous spent $220 for them to waste an 1.5 of my time if I would of know that I would of put the damn thing on myself, that’s why they are becoming a worthless company!

This location has officially sunk to a new low as of today and is an absolute failure at anything even close to resembling customer service.
We were picking a up an online order and arrived within the pickup window. After checking in, we were expecting the normal 5-10 minute wait. 20 minutes later, nothing. 45 minutes later, nothing. Other cars that arrived after us got their orders but not us. We attempted to call and got no answer. My wife finally had to get out and flag down one of the employees to find out what happened and get our order brought out to us.
When the order did get to us almost an hour after we had arrived, the few refrigerated items we had, were no longer cold. So our order got picked and just sat there. Who knows if those items are actually safe to eat.
We have always had to double-check our orders from this location for missed items or wrong items. But this is just straight up neglecting customers.
I will say that the is all made worse by the fact that when you call the store and try to get customer/member service on the phone, there is absolutely no answer. The line just rings and rings and rings. And on two separate tries, the call just hung up on us.
This is absolutely absurd and this location should be ashamed.

I am beyond annoyed with how I have been treated while trying to figure out where my order is that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. I have used their chat service twice...called the store ONLY to be told there was nothing they could do but told me to call Spark (whoever that is). Called Spark, only to be told I have to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. I don't have 45 minutes. How is this my responsibility to call another company when I ordered my product from Sam's?! Absolutely ridiculous client service. No one has a clue about what's happening! I just want to know when my order is going to be delivered! How is this hard?!

Had all the items that we were shopping for and the check out and the individual that checks your receipt to the products were good...... the rest of the staff today was great as well!!!!!!

Excellent in every way when it comes down to shopping, but for the everyday customers and small business owners, the removing of the first 15 parking spots for the shop in advance through the app, Let's just say, they are not there yet! I see customers waiting a long time before they get their things!

Employees here are so disrespectful of their customers and even after multiple requests to the employee to refill which they have in the backstock have refused to stock the item and are so unprofessional and rude to the customers… after waiting for 30 mins finally found an employee who wants to get the water stocked up here

Scan in go makes all the difference in the world. Also this place is clean and well stocked days. Water is still a hit n miss. I love the store in Denton.
