I won't be going to spend my dollars at Sally's. The sales girls don't know what they are doing. She sold me a ion product for my hair to shampoo and condition my hair to keep the brassiness out. I have my hair highlighted 4 days before. On the 5 th day I used the products she suggested and it turned my beautiful color bright blue. I was so upset and she only gave me a refund and then sold me something else on my dime to strip it out of my hair. It cost me 155.00 to get my hair fixed. Corporate doesn't even answer the phone to make a complaint. I won't be shopping there again.

I shop at Sally's for my hair product very often , I went to get my hair dye and the sign said buy 2 get one free. So I get to the register, she says the sale has gone off but the signs are still up. I feel like since the sign is still up I should get it at that price. Very upset because I am a regular patron

Horrible customer service. Usually when a product such as a kit is advertised, the kit should include everything that’s paid for. For a multi million dollar company you would think they could atleast send what you pay for.

I've contacted multiple times over the same issues for over a year. Not sure about all Sally's locations, but Turnersville store needs to stock hair dye shelves better (out of my color decent amount) AND decent amount of their hair color swatches are ALWAYS missing making it hard to choose hair colors. Ridiculous this has been going on long enough. If people are stealing them? then maybe they should keep a sample book behind their counters

I've contacted multiple times over the same issues for over a year. Not sure about all Sally's locations, but Turnersville store needs to stock hair dye shelves better (out of my color decent amount) AND decent amount of their hair color swatches are ALWAYS missing making it hard to choose hair colors. Ridiculous this has been going on long enough. If people are stealing them? then maybe they should keep a sample book behind their counters

I visited the Sally’s in Destin and Michelle was over the hill. I was speaking to Sally‘s associate and this woman Michelle stood by and was being slightly rude to the employee. All of a sudden I didn’t feel comfortable in that establishment. The employees name was Karen, she just recently started. She spoke to me later and said that she used to work at the one in California. I think Michelle is a very rude person. And I will not be going back in that store until she’s gone.

Very upsetting when you get tasked to lead a 2 hour meeting on how to accurately submit work (30 minutes before said meeting) and then get terminated the next day for "poor performance" - disregarding the fact that you BEGGED for help when you were completely overwhelmed and were outright ignored by your manager for MONTHS. The solution to being underwater? "Take a week off" - !!! My managers set me up for failure.Also - don't lie to your team and tell them a reliable person that YOU wrongly terminated quit on their own accord to "focus on school and other responsibilities." Dishonesty is repulsive. I used to love my job and my team, but now I am glad I'm gone!!! Good riddance to bad, incompetent rubbish!!

Visited your store this morning. Was told by the employee that she was not allowed to open even one minute before 10 due to mandatory staff chats. I work in retail and we don't make customers stand outside till exactly opening if we are there standing waiting to open. Poor business practices.

I’ve been shopping at Sally’s in Daphne,Al for around a year now, I come in to buy toners and other products to stay blonde. This is my favorite store to shop at because it’s so close and the workers are so sweet. For my senior prom I saved up around $200 to purchase clip on hair extensions a lady had recommended a while back. When i went to buy them they had taken them out of the store and now only sell them in Mobile which is about an hour drive from my home. I would love if whoever is reading this at corporate could bring back the hair extensions to this store. I was really sad when I couldn’t wear extensions for my senior prom and graduation. Bring Back the extensions please!!!

I am very saddened by the lack of customer service at Sally’s Beauty. It seems like they are just a struggling company who no longer cares about its customers. I went to the Stratford location to utilize the buy two, get one free on the ardell lashes. Per usual, this location rarely ever gets any shipment (so they claim). I was advised to go to another location. I drive 20 minutes to get to the next location, all for them to tell me that they are no longer honoring that deal. Now If the manager from the Stratford location hadn’t advised me to go to another location and simply shared this insight with me, I wouldn’t have wasted my time, gas, or effort. Truly an inconvenience and no one cared. Sally’s beauty is no longer the respected company they once were. Just go on Amazon people.

I tried for two days to get someone on the phone before I drive to the store and do not want to find them closed as I did one time. They do not answer there phone is a joke! I will no longer go there.
