Shame how they have store manager “Mikey”run this store shame
While I was shopping normally I never go here for the reason they are not very organized miss label product and messy store but today while I was shopping and associate and a so call manger
Literally burp on my face. And just started laughing like it was a funny joke. I don’t see anything funny about it.
As I walk away they continue to Laughing and talking about it.
I think this kind of behavior needs a corrective action.

Went to This Ross location off of university 6/20/23 @ 6:30 pm I was Totally disappointed. The store was so messy and organized & Filthy dirty and under stock,. I spoke to the manager about this and she didn’t seem to care. I told her Is a reflection on her. I felt like I wasted my time I will never go back to that chaos.

Unfortunately, this Ross is declining. There's always a huge line and only one cashier trying to move through it on her own. While the other employees are by the jewelry case sorting hangers and visiting.

5 stars for the very sweet cashier in the front 20 mins before closing dealing with the piling up line, 0 stars for the managers standing around her talking and drinking sodas that refuse to help her. get the customers out of the store as a team so you can close properly.

Don’t know what happened to this store but it’s all trashed.. Shoppers need to be more considerate of employees & quit leaving clothes everywhere. Employees can only do so much but us as customers need to do our part as well.. So before you’re to quick judge the store & blame Management quit leaving what you don’t want on the floors.I’ve worked retail & there’s only so much a person can do

We went to this store at 10:45 a.m…… it was so DIRTY. There were clothes everywhere and security tags on the floor from people stealing. You couldn’t even shop around because of the mess!! We walked down to Marshall’s and were actually able to shop. This is just one picture of an entire store that was a mess.

Mini the store manager needs to be fired. When I visited the store she looked like she was high or heavy medicated. The most weird experience I’ve had at this stores. Her hair was a mess and her clothes were hanging off her.

I found a good deal on some shoes. The female that checked me out made me get my own receipt from the machine and wouldn't even hand me the bag. Like she was too good to do any of that. I seen her earlier in the store standing in front of a mirror taking selfies while she was working.

This store was completely fine until they stopped using their back dressing rooms. Now there are two dressing rooms ONLY at the very front of the store. Not sure if this is only used when they are short staffed but it makes you wait forever for a group of girls to finally stop giggling and get out.
