This Ross in Denton at the Triangle Mall, is in a sad state of affairs. To start off with the first two employees I came into contact with could not speak English, so didn’t get the help I needed at the time (why is Ross hiring non-English-speaking people to work customer service areas?) Also this store was a mess, especially the shoes and clothing, “many, many” items were in the wrong sizing location and place, clothes were inside out, hangers were intertwined etc. It was a very annoying and aggravating shopping experience. I like shopping at Ross, but won’t be back to this one, unless they pull it together.

On Saturday 6/7 I went to Ross just browsing and as to b expected it was busy. For the most part ross can b very chaotic with merchandise being everywhere. The girl who was assigned "fitting rooms" for whatever reason decided to b rude that I had dropped merchandise and only picked 1 ítem off the floor. I usually pick up stuff off the floor but on this days has a sun dress on and felt uncomfortable getting down to low. Regardless, I felt like she only singled me out for what ever reason.

Very dirty, the cleaning is very bad, the entrance doors are very stained, the bathrooms smell bad, so pay more attention.

I like it that your store is attached to the mall so I can go shop at both places. This store usually don’t have a lot of inventory out on the shelf and the lines are ridiculously long. I tend to just give up and put my stuff back on the shelf and leave your store because the wait time is so long. Please try to figure out a way to retain your employees and hire more.

I’ve been shopping at this Ross for years! And I have not once had a bad customer service experience until today. This cashier named Joshua (tall, black, bald, male) was so rude to me when I was checking out with one item. I could tell he was having a bad day (nothing wrong with having bad days we all have them) but his behavior was so unprofessional and so disrespectful. As he scanned my item I gave him cash and he immediately got upset and rolled his eyes people behind in the line were staring at me and I felt so uncomfortable and he gave me my change back and threw me my bag at me falling to floor me having to bend down and pick it up and he moved on. Not a single sorry or anything.I have never experienced this in my years of living in Denton and coming to Ross. I enjoyed this Ross and after this. I am definitely not coming back here again, I am for sure telling everyone I know to not come to this Ross again.Fix his rude attitude.

The only thing I liked about Ross was the very nice security guard that there. I was glad he was there because people get the Devil in them, and they go to stealing at around this time! The security guard was very personal with us, and we had a nice conversation together--so wonderful, whis is why the 3 stars.We want to get a dress for the Assembly that's coming up this weekend, and somehow, though it's cute, the length of the dress don't seem like it's right! I don't like my dresses or skirts nearly up to my knees!!

The staff was nice but stated they don’t have a military discount. Every other Ross store I have ever been to has provided me with a military discount.
