We bought an adjustable bed & financed it thru Synchrony Bank. I requested the payment be made each month from my Visa, RTG said ok. Then I got a late notice from the bank saying I couldn't pay with a Visa as they consider my account a credit card & you can't pay from a credit card another credit card. No one told me I couldn't use my Visa at Rooms to Go. I've spent nearly $5K with them and I'm very upset. No disclosure, not good.

Salesman lied about the furniture coverage. He told me specifically if it were damaged by my dog, biting it tearing it it would be covered. This is the only reason I purchased the plan. Well it happened a year later and now they're telling me it's not covered. I've yet to hear of any claim from anyone I know so far being covered they seem to find a way around covering anything. Do not purchase the coverage plan if you shop at this store where they lie to make a sale. Only selecting one star because I gave to choose something

Huge Rooms to Go. This is a large Rooms to Go store with a lot of modern inexpensive furniture. I believe this furniture is not made in the USA. The sales people there met us at the door and tried to be very helpful. Danny is an excellent sales associate. He will try to find you exactly what you are looking for. We live in an 1886 home and we’re looking for older style furniture and they only have one bed that could maybe fit our house.

I loved my experience here at Rooms to Go!! David was great! I got my bedroom furniture and 2 sofas. I was having difficulty choosing what was best, however, with David's help and suggestions everything went smoothly and I am so happy with what I bought. Thank you so much for being patient and allowing us more few minutes even when you were supposed to be closed. Everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you!! ? definitely not the last time buying from here.

Danny sold my wife a new bedroom set for my daughter, he was very polite and got everything processed quickly was a good experience. All of our experiences with room to go have been quite pleasant until the recent delivery of this new bed. This company uses a third-party delivery service and sends out technicians completely, and utterly in qualified to perform the work and are completely rude and disrespectful so we’ve had people coming to our house disrespect my wife, and now I have to wait 48 hours for their customer service before I can call in and reschedule and get the furniture that I’ve already purchased. I said this is a terrible experience with the delivery team which will likely be the last time my family purchases another thing from rooms to go from this day forward also uploaded a photo of the delivery team so if they show up to your house be prepared to be disappointed and disrespected…

David was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable. He allowed us to walk around the large showroom without feeling rushed. We will definitely be back as we have a couple of other rooms that will be redone soon. Great experience!

David was my sales associate and he made my buying experience seamless. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. I highly recommend looking for him if you are in need of anything.

Danny was very helpful(he came right up to us as we entered the store) and took interest in us trying to decide which mattress was best for us. Overall great experience, can’t wait for ALL of our new bedroom furniture AND brand new mattress to arrive. Thanks again Danny, for helping us out today!!!!

Steve helped my boyfriend and I with buying my first ever piece of furniture. He was amazing answered all the questions a first time buyer like me never would have ever thought to even ask and went into detail with explaining everything on top of that his attitude was the best very sweet and playful! 10/10 recommend can’t wait to do more business with him.

We love rooms to go. We’ve always bought our furniture time and time again. They make our house a home. The delivery, the interest free payments, all of it - such a great experience. So it makes me sad to note this location was less than even good.We came in around 7pm on a Tuesday (they close at 9pm). Our 3 year old was VERY excited and loud about all the furniture and picking out a bed. I mention this because the place was EMPTY. You could hear her throughout the store and her excitement. As we made our way through the kids section we notice the office with the door open. An employee was in there on their phone - not talking but maybe texting/emailing/doing other things. Didn’t acknowledge us. We hang out around the office thinking he may acknowledge us eventually. He doesn’t.We continue through the store to living room and larger bedroom sets. We have some questions after finding what we’re looking for. So I venture through to find an employee - I hear someone so I go looking.I find a couple and one employee. I see their in deep conversation so I stand nearby. Nothing. Doesn’t look up. Doesn’t acknowledge us. Again child being excited and loud so you can’t miss us.We keep our walking. We notice a third employee on a work related call. So we hang nearby hoping to grab their attention when they’re done. They’re done. Literally walked past us and said nothing. I even try to make eye contact. Nothing.Are we invisible? What is going on? Never have experienced this before ever at a Rooms To Go.

We had gone in a few days before and saw the couch we wanted. Went back in and bought it and was questioned at least five times about the warranty. We did not want the warranty, and explained to him but he kept pushing. It was a little bit of a turn off. Then he explained that the delivery person would call 45 minutes before they arrive. Since we don’t live in the new house yet, I said shouldn’t be a problem since the new house is only a few minutes from the one we sold. He said i have to be at the house when they call because sometimes they call when parked in front. Is it 45 minutes out or when they arrive…? Confused! Just not the best buying experience

10/10 recommend! David was super nice and knowledgeable. Given how busy he was on Memorial Day, he still took the time to explain all products we bought and warranties. Not once did we feel rushed. Love rooms to go!

This place is a huge scam! My elderly mom decided to get a new couch after my dad died to help her feel better. When they delivered it, they delivered the wrong piece. So she had to wait weeks for them to deliver the right one and take back the wrong one. It was supposed to include shipping but she got charged for shipping both times. She went into the store and they adjusted the invoice accordingly. She signed everything and thought it was all resolved. When she got her bill, they charged her an additional $700 ish more. When she called, the manager said they 'forgot' to charge her for something. This is not only wrong, it's illegal! When she purchased the salesperson said if she didn't like it, then she could return it so my mom said she wanted to return. The manager said she couldn't do that. She then asked for the corporate number and they said they wouldn't give to her. Shady shady shady. And even worse to take advantage of an 82 yr old woman who just lost her husband. Shame on you!
