If I could give them Zero stars I would. I did my reservation online and paid everything and signed all documents. I even spoke to them on the phone and was told I was clear and ready to go she wven changed my passcode for me, so imagine my surprise when I show up Sunday morning and didnt have access. It said to see management. The officer Sundays. I had to scramble to find another storage unit and pay for that one was well. I called all numbers and left multiple messages. No one called me but they sent me this damn survey to complete.

100000% do not recommend this place. I made my reservation online for 11/10/23, paid, did paperwork, etc. When I arrived on 11/12/23 I tried to type my code given into the keypad and it told me to see the manager. I tried to call multiple times, and it was a Sunday so nobody answered. I also reached out online, and never heard back. I had to extend my U-Haul for another day. I arrived again 11/13/23 around 11-12, typed in my code and received the same error message. I called another 6 or 7 times, and still received no response. I ended up leaving and having to rent from another place that actually had a person present and working. I do not leave reviews, but this time was necessary. It was completely unorganized, and I expect to get my money back in full since I paid for a service and I was unable to receive due to lack of employment.

I rented a space on line but when I arrived the space was too small for my needs, Kensey at the front desk was really helpful and patient with me, showing me different units and signing me up for another larger unit. So far I am pleased with my experience with Right Space storage.

I was on a very tight schedule to locate a storage space and after some searching a few in town this place was the most affordable. Nice people too.

Quickly and easily gave me a storage space with short notice. Very helpful woman at the counter and the space I got was clean and well taken care of.
