Since my son started in the Reding Martial Arts, I have seen an improvement in my son’s attitude. My son has become more respectful, responsible and has a drive in him that I have not yet, seen before. He looks forward to his lessons with the martial arts instructors. I would recommend the Reding Martial Arts training center to any parent wanting their children to develop self defense, discipline and social skills."

I’m new to jujitsu and Reding Martial Arts has been a great place to jump in and learn. ALL the professors are outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, there’s a place for everyone from wanting to compete to self defense, to self improvement. They also have a women’s open mat which is pretty awesome. Highly recommend RMA.

Reding Martial Arts is amazing! My family and I are grateful to have found this establishment and we love training here. The environment is one of acceptance and a welcoming nature. The owner, the professors, the leadership team, and the staff are all incredible people who enjoy teaching/helping and want to see you succeed. 2nd to none!

Our son has been with Reding for 6+ years now. Professors Mark, Larry, Steve, and coach Ashley are fantastic.Professor Larry's Monday BJJ Competition class is our must attend appointment for the week. Larry has cornered for us in several tournaments in the DFW area and, win or lose, his encouragement to our son is to put himself out there.Professor Mark has a way with teaching kids that is pretty special to watch. Whether in a class setting or a private lesson you get the sense that he really loves your kid. Mark's Thursday beginner BJJ class gives our son the opportunity to impart his 6 years of learning to the young kids an lower belts. It's great to watch him teach a little 5 year old beginner how to take him down, put him in side control, and start working for an Americana! :)Sensei Steve and Coach Ashley run the Saturday morning Judo Comp class. They've fostered an competitive environment giving the kids lot's of confidence and tons of skill to go along with strength training. Our kids medal in every tournament and bring home trophies but most of all they have fun and love working together. The team also gets to teach beginners and lower belts at the Thursday beginner class. All in all, Reding Martial Arts is a family. We love it and we love to have y'all join us! Come learn something.

Highly recommend checking Reding out whether you're looking for yourself or your child. Most of my experience is with the kids' classes, and being a youth coach myself in a different sport, it was so refreshing to see coaches truly engaging with the kids like this! They keep classes engaging and fun, but also maintain order so that the kids are actually learning and progressing in their skills each class. Wonderful welcoming atmosphere and great location!

I would've loved to train here but $300+fees/month is just way too high for my price range. They try to get you into a 4 month contract so you stick with it, but it seems more like a predatory work practice to fool those who are new to fighting.Aside from the price, I think the gym seems okay otherwise. Only one heavy bag, but they do have nice mats and kick shields. There is also a small weight lifting area for conditioning. I didn't see any trophies, which isn't a great sign. One of the sparring partners I had there had quite the temper, but the rest were very nice.If you're made of money and prefer grappling to striking I would recommend Reding. Not very beginner friendly.

My son and I joined Reding Martial Arts 3 years ago, and we’ve enjoyed having a great place to train and learn. Mark and his team have provided a welcoming environment, professionalism, and a love for what they do. I keep a very busy work schedule. So, I’m thankful for a gym with multiple class times throughout the day, and different combat sports to get confident with.

Finding Professor Mark Reding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seven years ago has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I value his friendship as much as the skill and knowledge that he has shared with me. Reding Martial Arts has students ranging from four years old to those in their 60s and perhaps 70s. I enthusiastically recommend it for both kids and adults.

This place is the best and I highly recommend it! My 9 yr old son, 8 yr old daughter, and I all attend classes here and couldn’t be happier. Professors Mark, Steve, Ashley, Larry, and Eric are patient and caring instructors. They know how to keep the kids attention and limit the craziness while having fun and learning self defense. Both of my kids self confidence has grown tremendously since attending Reding Martial Arts over the last yr plus. We do Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai and couldn’t be happy being a part of the Reding family.

I am so thankful to have found Reding Martial Arts. The school fosters an environment of teamwork, fellowship and family. The leadership team is encouraging and supportive. I have learned skills/techniques that have helped me build confidence in not only my ability to protect myself, but also my family. The kids BJJ instructors are amazing, my daughter loves going to class. The children have fun while also learning discipline and respect.

First off, my child has been here for 3 months and hasn't even learned how to throw a punch nor make a fist. The white belts train with blue and brown belts etc. Coming from a multiple disciplined background, I see so much wrong within this place. You're forced into a 4 month contract so the owners can continue to make money to train themselves with other elite fighter but, have yet to see that passed down. I cant bare to see the look on my childs face when he comes out of class, he looks defeated because the hes training with belts much higher than him.To top it off, there's only 1, ONE!! punching bag and no trophies because they rarely go to competions. I have well over 20 tropies that I've thought about taking down because I want my trophies replaced with his one day. Very nice people, but terrible execution. He'll leave and go somewhere that cares about student progression
