Cockroaches, mold and no television

We booked a room for graduation weekend without knowing the location specifically. We arrived and it is a great short drive to the campus however the hotel had a damp musky old smell, the rooms are old and outdated. The king suite was two rooms with a door that opens between them. The rooms are bare but have the accommodations promised. There is NO ELEVATOR and we had to climb stairs unexpectedly. Beds are fine. Bathroom and rooms were clean. Staff are polite. All in all it is a "quick stay" place for around $105 total, but we will not return.Noteworthy details: No elevator! Floors, carpets, rooms have a funky smell.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and modern enough. I enjoy that I can come & go without going through the lobby.Food & drinks: There are plenty of options to get food within walking distance. Less than a 5 minute walk.

Horrible experience. From vagrants blocking the entry asking for a room, to marijuana throughout the hotel, to unwashed sheets full of dog hair, to the room reeking of wet dog and a disgusting microwave (hint: clean the inside top)

Costumer service was not good at all. The guy name Sam was rude and raised his voice when asking a simple question and trying to explain the problem.

Budget friendly rooms with well maintained facilities. Minimal soundproof with noise issues from adjacent rooms. There is no restaurant and bar service, but in proximity to several restaurants in the neighbourhood. Small lobby, waiting space for guests during room service is an issue.Rooms: Great value for money, especially for extended stay.Nearby activities: Several restaurants within walking distance.Food & drinks: No restaurant services.
