Even as someone that isn't a sports fan, this store has an astounding and wonderful array of fan paraphernalia and clothing. Found plenty of stuff for cars, dogs, parents, grandparents, and the home. Makes for a nice personal touch, and includes not just sports and college teams but Texas culture appreciation. Definitely tempted to go back.

5 stars for great customer service!! Visited the store this past Monday and the manager (I believe) assisted me in locating a shirt I found online. It was one of a few left in that style and he took the time to search through all the racks to find it for me!! :) Most places would have just offered to order it online at that point, but he definitely went above and beyond - thank you!!

Calling Customer service number that was provided was no help at all. The answering automated voice service didn't have an option for my call. This Rally House is very unprofessional. There are other places to buy Team gear. Terrible Experience!!!!!!!

Store is great if you need some local sports teams compared to other rally house the selection is kinda slim but I still love it only reason it get 4 stars but it’s always hottttttt as hell which makes me wanna leave quicker than what I would like too

The store gets 5 stars for great customer service and selection. But it is hot in the store and needs some serious A/C improvements. I've been in there twice now and both times it was hot outside and stuffy inside the store. This is Texas... we need great A/C!

All Rally House stores have a fantastic selection and this location is no different. But the level of customer service at this store is below standard. This is the first time we've had a bad experience with Rally House. Luckily my home store fixed the problems created by this store. Do better Denton.
