Don't bother making an appointment. They will not see you ANY TIME close to it. Came in for a urinalysis that I scheduled 4 days prior. Waiting room was packed. Standing room only that went into the hallway. And I checked in early ! They have instructions to wear a mask if you're sick, coughing, etc. Several folks here sounded like they were hacking up a lung. But their mask down under their chin was definitely more a fashion statement than for safety After waiting a half hour past my scheduled time I was called back and told that they could not perform the test I required. (Instant results test for pre-employment). Would have been quite helpful for their website to clarify what facilities actually were able to perform instant tests. And trying to reach live person calling any of their locations? Good luck with that. After visiting 5 locations trying to get my test done, I was able to get lucky and ended up at the Carrollton location. All this to tinkle in a cup

quest has a horribly unclear website, for them to have rude nurses and horrible wait time makes it even worse. did i mention RUDE NURSES?

I checked in at about 2pm on a Wednesday for a walk-in and was put on standby and almost immediately taken into an appointment room, which was very convenient. It turns out that my blood work orders were not sent in and while I waited 40 minutes for my doctor to send the orders, the staff checked on me and periodically asked me if they had sent the orders yet. They allowed me to wait in the waiting room and then when the orders finally came in they very quickly took me into another appointment room. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and understanding and my experience was very positive.

I have been to two locations and everyone has always be patient and professional. Every draw has been completely painless. I consider myself a one-stick sissy - you only get one try - they succeed every time.

We arrived early and couldn’t check in. So we waited until ten minutes before the appointment to check in, then continued to wait another 20 min before we were called back. My daughter had been fasting all day, but since our dr put labcorps test codes, we were told they would have to call to get the codes. But she didn’t even offer to call and we left without any tests being done wasting a chunk of our day. The staff was rude and short with us and didn’t attempt to even try to figure out what tests we needed. Thanks for nothing. My daughter missed school and fasted for literally nothing.

Literally writing this in my car immediately after getting my blood drawn. Barbara was hands down the worst healthcare provider I’ve ever had. Disgusting attitude and off-putting to patients. I made an appointment online for a hepatitis titer for school (they don’t give you blood orders) and she said “you can’t just walk in here and demand a test. I need papers” ????? I made an appointment???? I told her I’ve been here before and had blood work for a Varicella titer -for school btw, no papers- and it went just fine at the BEGINNING of the month. She said she didn’t see it and I told her I could pull up proof (why would I lie about a blood test LOL) She told me to buy the test online and wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. I would’ve walked out if I didn’t need it today. I went back inside livid and she said “did you just walk in here or do you have an appointment”I got my blood drawn and I usually have pretty bad anxiety about it, but I was so mad at her attitude towards me that I didn’t need any comfort. Literally walked out without saying anything to her. Saw her roll her eyes and be snarky to a patient in the waiting room as well.I’m currently in school for health care and the BIGGEST thing they teach is patient care. My first visit here wasn’t pleasant (surprise - another nasty attitude woman) but I thought I’d give them another try. I won’t be back. Please go literally anywhere else or run if you see barbara

Never coming back! Horrible experience, my child had an appt and was never called l had to check him in as a walk in a second time for him to be seen we waited some more for about 2 hours for him to be seen, seemed like everyone in the lobby had been waiting for a while too some older people were saying they didn’t know how to use the computers to check in and there’s absolutely no one at the front office to help or even talk to if there’s questions or concerns

Absolutely ridiculous service. Had an appointment and still waited OVER an hour. There is absolutely no customer service and no one to help answer questions. The front desk is closed so there is no one there to help you. Appointment or not this place is absolutely ridiculous with appointment an time management. Don't waste your time just go somewhere else.

I had an appointment and it was not honored. There was no one to speak with. I was on a waiting list for 1 and1/2 hours and still was unable to speak with anyone or get any help. When I finally was able to speak with lab personal my request to get my lab work done was rejected despite being first on the waiting list. I will never come here again. There is no costumer service.

If you don't have an appointment you better make one. If you do have an appointment show up at your appointment time. DO NOT SHOW UP HERE EARLY. Waiting room gets very croweded and the chairs are way too close. Go elsewhere.

The ladies that have done my blood work are super nice and I'm always in and out in half an hour. Results come back in a timely manner as well.

This place could really use some oversight during/after checking in. Twice I checked in then waited for 30+ minutes before getting told that I couldn't do my test. Someone should be on duty to go around and make sure no one is waiting for a test they aren't able to perform.Ps, although it isn't said anywhere, you can't bring infants with you for a drug screening. You'll have to find childcare for your appointment, which seems incredibly inaccessible to SAHM or single parents. I understand where they are coming from but my infant was in a stroller and didn't have to go into the bathroom stall with me so there is no way I could have cheated my exam. I wish they would reconsider this policy.

1. Be sure to triple read and check EVERYTHING they ask you to sign instead of just taking their word for what you're signing. Otherwise they might lie to you over what the paper really is and tell you you can't get blood work without signing the paper. Not true, and I now have a $500 bill in collections thanks to their dishonesty.2. I'd also appreciate if someone could speak to the staff about only asking related questions to the blood work you're having done, not put patients through an interrogation of their personal medical business (which I gave thinking it was related to my blood work) only out of their personal curiosity because they've 'never met someone with your condition before.' Try googling it, I'm a person not a case study for your entertainment. It's not the patients responsibility to explain literally any of that to you. Mind your own business if it is not related to your work in any way shape or form. Wildly, wildly unprofessional staff for a 'medical office'. I will not use Quest Diagnostics for literally anything ever for the rest of my life and I'll be darn sure to encourage others to go elsewhere. The staff I dealt with has no business being in the medical field, working with peoples personal information, or dealing with the general public at all. Staff training would go a long way for professionalism in the future. Tried going here 3 times and regretted it every single time and still paying for that choice. And no, I don't care about some fake response from someone pretending to care, no I'm not trying to call anyone over it again quest has made it very very clear that patients do not come first, money does.(P.s- the woman who lied to me and had me sign that knowing full well what it really was- while she was questioning my health business I explained I was on disability and it really sucks having $20 left out of my check for the entire month. And she still lied to me and had me sign that knowing full well I didn't have it? That was absolutely soulless. Everyone should be very happy I did not come discuss this in person, I hope that woman stubs her toe on a coffee tavle every day for the rest of her life. May your coffee always be cold.)Update: as of May 24 I am still being billed despite Medicare and myself sending them multiple letters proving I am not responsible, I was advised my medicare to report for FRAUD, and have done so
