The person who helped me didn't stick me until he was sure that he had a usable vein, which I highly appreciate, because sometimes it turns into a game of pin the tail on the donkey on my arms. He wound up having to use a vein in my hand, but was so gentle it didn't even bruise!

It's fine, but so frustrating to not be able to call and reach a human ever. Like, the automated menu does not even have an option for it. Sigh.

My son's phlebotomist was especially wonderful. She found out that he had never had a blood draw before and explained in advance al that she was doing. When he became sick and vomited due to anxiety, she was very compassionate and patient in caring for his needs, getting him a trash can, and a glass of water. Very professional and understanding.

On Friday morning I was a walk-in but I got right in. The tech was very nice. I was there 2 days before, but my doctor had failed to send the order. The person who waited on me seemed to be annoyed with me. It was not a great situation.

Very minimal wait time. Procedure was done very quickly and professionally. Was easy to change appointment when I couldn't make the original appt. Easy app to use.

Very fast to get called back. friendly and efficient staff. No bruising on my arm after the blood draw. Good experience. I will use Quest again!

I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment for 6/6/2024. When I showed up there was no record of my registration and I had to return at 10:30.

While this is not the closest Quest to me, I like the staff and the phlebotomists here. I have difficult veins to draw blood from but the staff are patient and do a good job with almost no pain. Even when the waiting room is full the staff are friendly and helpful.
It's easy to book an appt when I want, I get a confirming email and results are quick, so I know my requesting Dr is getting the results in time for my appt.

Service was quick! I made an appointment and was seen within 2-3 of the set time. They called me back verified my name multiple times and quickly took the sample. No pain … no time wasted… it was an A+ experience for me.
