I have been a customer here for about 12 years. Today the person asked how I wanted my child's hair cut. I said #2 on the sides and leave the top long enough to comb to the left. She used clippers on the top too and left it very short. I told her that I wanted it long enough to comb to the side. She just looked at me and said sorry. She charged me full price and did not even seem like she cared that she messed up. I will not return and would not recommend this place.Service: Kids' cuts

I just took my wife, who just started chemo for the second time, to the Denton ProCuts on University where I USED TO go. It took less than five minutes, and they charged twenty bucks. Last time she got her head shaved, she went to Great Clips, and they didn’t charge her anything. Today, the woman didn’t even do a good job. I guess we know who cares.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your salon. I had high hopes for my first visit, as I had read so many great reviews about your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.When I arrived, I was greeted by Frankie, who checked me in and led me to her chair. I explained that I was nervous, as I usually have my hair done by one person, but I was willing to give your salon a try. I also mentioned that my hair tangles easily and had brushed it out and braided it beforehand.Frankie proceeded to cut off my braids in one fell swoop, without any regard for the length or style I had requested. I was shocked but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, as the haircut progressed, it became clear that Frankie had no idea what she was doing. She hacked away at my hair with no precision or care, grabbing chunks and cutting them off without measuring or consulting with me.The final result took less than 20 minutes and was a disaster. My hair is now uneven, with no discernible layers, and looks nothing like what I had asked for. I am devastated by the outcome and have received many negative comments from friends and family.I had hoped to become a regular customer at your salon, but after this experience, I cannot in good conscience return. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and ensure that your stylists are properly trained and capable of providing quality service to your clients.Service: Haircut

I went to this place having a vision for my hair that was exactly executed on my hair. I had few inspiration pictures and Carmen did a amazing job. She was very friendly and suggested few products that can make my hair better. Definitely recommend for womens haircut!
