Not a customer, but when my neighbor moved in, pods destroyed my mailbox when delivering the pods. I checked the mail before they came, saw them delivering to pods (mailbox still in tact), and when checking the mail when they left, my mailbox, it was destroyed. They took zero accountability and considered the matter closed. No way someone could have done that amount of damage with a pod that close. Saw the equipment they used and it was them. Terrible company.Update: I'd like to thank pods for following up with me publicly only to tell me privately that I should only work with their representative that said it was their delivery driver's words vs mine and unless I had photos or video to prove otherwise they aren't at fault. You guys are really something special

Excellent service throughout. Best option for moving. Load the container at your own convenience and same when emptying it.

DO NOT USE.. they have hidden fees and the people on the phone are horrible. It’s just cheaper to rent a UHual and less hassle.

The pricing seems to be a secret and you are not told upfront what the charges will be. The customers reps are hard to understand and don't explain what charges will be billed. The website is a joke. It's very difficult to use and freezes up all the time. Sometimes you can't even get on it. I will never use PODS again. The only good part were the drivers that delivered and picked up the container.

Excellent company. Great customer service. Easy to use website. Easy to make payments. Excellent communication between the POD drivers and us. They always called to let us know when they would be there to drop off or pick POD up. Excellent recommendations on their website to hire movers to help with unloading the POD. We highly recommend POD's. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

This is specifically pertaining to the Denton PODs location. I needed to get clothes out for my grandfathers funeral so I called and made an appointment about 4-5 days out from the scheduled drop off. They had technical issues and told me there was an "off-books reservation", okay fine. They let me know that the person at the warehouse could look me up if needed. Not a big deal.My wife and I drive 50 minutes out to Denton and nobody is working there. Not a soul in the office, in the warehouse, behind with the truck drivers. Nobody. I call the hotline, they reach out and confirm that there is in fact nobody working on a Friday morning (???). They say rest assured and that the local manager said if there was an appointment, that it would be pulled behind the dock. We know our PODs identification numbers and scoured the entire facility for them, nothing.So needless to say I will now be buying clothes for the memorial instead of getting the clothes that I already own. We drove 50 minutes each way, walked around the facility multiple times in the rain, all to go home empty handed.

I would avoid using PODS - ever! This was the worse experience. Not only were we over charged, but ultimately they could not even deliver our POD to the final location and we had to hire a mover to unload the POD into their truck to get it moved. They were terrible at explaining the charges and on the last move even over charged what they quoted without explanation. When couldn't reach them to schedule final pick up so went online and their website wouldn't convert from Spanish to English no matter what settings I tried. The reps on the phone when I could reach someone were not helpful and down right rude.

Takes 3-4 calls to get anything done on your order. Quick to take the order but terrible customer service. Did not pick up when scheduled. Did not deliver when scheduled. There are other POD storage companies. Wish I had used them.

Now we are about 24 hours late on the delivery of the 1st of 3 PODS stored at the Denton, TX PODS facility.When you are moving, you try to time things right based on deliveries. Now it has cost us and extra trip for our security system company (items for install are on that Pod) and with Uhaul....plus an additional $900 monthly storage since we have now rolled into a new month!PODS is non-responsive after about a dozen calls. They can't reach this facility, have no idea where are PODS are and if/when to expect them.I've taken off work for this and am now sitting idle at their mercy.No compensation for our time and money loss either! They put in a request that may take 7-10 days before they let us know if they will compensate us for this.Wasn't expecting to have to hire an attorney during our move but PODS has made it happen!

After the sale and the initial drop I experienced a lack of care. Since they charge monthly I felt as though they purposely kept canceling my pick ups as to make me spend more time than I needed or wanted. Once I schedule a final pickup if Pods cant pick it up the customer should not be charged.
