I scheduled an appointment for a self wash dog bath today at 3. When we arrived for our appointment all the bays were occupied and another customer was waiting. We were told that it's first come first serve. I do not understand why appointment scheduling is required online if your store doesn't manage the appointments better. This was our first time attempting your self wash station and it wasn't a positive experience. The staff member apologized and stated that she didn't understand the appointment system either :( ??

Awesome place for buying your pet foods and toys! Our dog is sensitive to ALOT of things in dog foods, and the performatrin brand limited ingredient dog food sold here is all he can eat without stomach issues! I recommend it to everyone I know with dogs! Thank you!

Just had my best experience at a pet store thanks to an employee there named Trevor. This young man was pleasant, informative, patient, and above all really thorough when explaining things to us. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and was really straight forward about everything. As far as I'm concerned, every pet store should have a Trevor.

Always clean,people are always willing to help animals cages are always clean. Dog washes are available here they are clean and ways stocked with towels. Great place to go to get what your pet needs.

Usually have a good experience but not today. I come every month to wash one of my dogs only to find they raised the price $5. Then they provided the basket of the worst old thin rough frayed towels I've ever seen. Normally there's nice absorbent soft gray ones. As it is I bring my own shampoo because what's offered is so watered down. Definitely not impressed with the direction this company seems to be going.

Frozen mice and rat freezer broke and what did they do with all the product inside? Left it inside to resell. Completely unacceptable. Blood all over the mice from completely dethawing, and who knows how warm they actually got. Been trying to buy regular size frozen adult mice, and they're completely out every time I go in, despite telling me they're ordering them every time. Won't be getting my business anymore, especially after not caring about the well being of so many pets.
