They overcharged my mother by $60 on a package today. I understand they are a business that needs to make a profit - however this is ridiculous.
She could have gone directly to USPS, paid $88 for priority mail and the package would be here in 3 days. Instead she went to Pack-n-Mail, paid $110 for USPS GROUND advantage (current retail $57 through USPS) and the package won't be here for about 2 weeks.
When I lived in Denton I came to pack-n-mail multiple times and I enjoyed supporting this smaller business, but who can afford to continue supporting a smaller business if they are charging nearly DOUBLE or MORE? I say more because they quoted 180 for priority mail.
Never again.

Zero reviewWorst customer service ever!They are unprofessional including the manager who will defend another employee because “ he considers him a very good friend and a good worker”!3 of the employees talked and stared because me and my mom had a large amount of prepaid items to be shipped. I almost always buy something in their store if I’m only shipping prepaid so I’m at least doing business with them. I had something to purchase, but I left my wallet in the truck. I would have gone back to my truck for my wallet, but my experience was so horrible I will never return.Read other complaints! There are several complaint reviews very similar to mine.

I use this place for all of my shipping needs! Hailey always takes excellent care of me and insures my items arrive at their intended location in a timely manner!

Hi pack N mail , I just wanted to ask if y’all can mail website returns items through UPS and if I need to bring anything before hand. Also do y’all charge to ship things or I’m i just going to be charged though UPS. And lastly can y’all provide shipping labels or do my return items already have to have it when I walk in.

If you need to send a package, any package, I highly recommend Pack N Mail. I can walk in with random items to send and they will figure out the least expensive way to pack and send it for me, while also making sure the item is safe and arrives on time. They really know their stuff and can send via any carrier. They go above and beyond - I was just in there, and the staff member checked on the status of one of my prior packages without my even asking! And they’re very friendly. Sometimes the local folks are also the best - and these guys are the best!
