The exterior of this apartment complex is comparable to spraying perfume on a skunk. Maintenance staff is great, however The office staff will be super sweet until you sign the lease. Two out of the three machines in the workout room do not work and the third one was dangerously unstable. I reported it and nothing was done. I am unable to use the microwave and my air fryer at the same time without tripping a breaker.The laundry facility was in operable the day I moved in and it took a week for them to get the washers repaired and then refused me a $5 laundry card because I didn’t have cash to pay it but they don’t tell you that when you move in. Then there’s another process to load money onto the card to use the laundry facility, which was not explained to us at move in. They absolutely do not accept cash for anything around here with the exception of these five dollar laundry cards. Hmmmm…Really??? My AC went out within days of moving in, unfortunately, it was over the weekend so I got to hang out in a 93° dump until Monday. My bathroom sink is now leaking and when I called to get it fixed, Martin starts giving me a heehaw of my options to get it fixed. There are no options, just come and fix it! OUTRAGEOUS!!! If I could rate only the maintenance and the landscaping of the property, they would get 5 stars! My recommendation is to drive through the complex, enjoy the views and keep moving to the next complex!

BEWARE!
READ THIS BEFORE RENTING HERE!
First of, they WILL BE VERY NICE AT FIRST.
Like any leasing company, they will roll out the red carpet for you and make you feel right at home when they first give you a tour, and until they get you to sign a lease.
The MOMENT you sign the lease, their entire attitude towards you WILL change.
You WILL be forced to put up with constant staff entering your apartment, meaning you will NOT get to relax.
You WILL be forced to put up with rules such as no decorating, no smoking ANYWHERE on the property, even outside.
You WILL be forced to put up with an unsafe environment. Your car or belongings WILL get stolen or broken into.
Pace's Crossing only has cameras near the front office, nowhere else. No security for residents.
You WILL be forced to deal with solicitors, beggars, and homeless people that wander the complex, unimpeded by staff.
You WILL be forced to go to a laundromat outside of the complex to do laundry.
This experience was not unique to me. You may be thinking to yourself, "Well maybe this guy who wrote the review caused problems and so they gave him special attention".
Nope! Not only have I never caused problems, EVERY single one of my neighbors ALSO deals with the problems I deal with.
So really if you want to see whether I'm lying or not, just walk into Pace's Crossing, knock on literally anyone's door (during business hours, don't scare people) and ask them if this review is accurate or not.
I guarantee you they will not only say yes, they will also tell you several other horror stories about this place that I missed here.
Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
This place needs to change a lot before it's a place where people can live relaxed.

This is my first experience with renting, and I hope that every apartment is like this. The staff are extremely helpful and personable. The maintenance staff are extremely prompt and professional. My apartment is very nice and comfortable, there are no complaints from me.

I have been living here for 6 months now and i’ve had a great experience! The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The events they host are really fun and a great way to meet other people. I’d highly recommend living here.
