Outdoor Living has built our last 2 pools. There is a reason we go back to them over and over. They recently added a new heater for us. We had extensive work that needed to be done to run the gas line to the pool equipment. There was a lot of digging but the work and end result was nothing short of "awesome". Tony was simply amazing. He stayed on top of the project, constantly showing up, checking the work, calling me, etc. He made it a point to repeatedly call me and set expectations while managing the entire process like a world class professional. We are loving our new heater. The water is a hot 93 degrees and I may never come out

After my outdoor kitchen was destroyed by a fire, Outdoor Living Pool & Patio won my bid for three reasons: upfront pricing, job completion guarantee, and quality of work. The quote made by OLP&P is what I paid; there were no hidden charges. OLP&P gave me a deadline, and they met it even with unexpected setbacks. My outdoor kitchen was constructed of the highest quality. The stone mason laid each rock one at a time with the precision and craft of a true professional. OLP&P also worked well with me buying my appliances.

We had Clint as the designer and James as the manager. They both did a great job and were very responsive and helpful. The pool turned out great and was exactly what we wanted. I’d highly recommend using Outdoor Living for your pool build.

I have been wanting a pool for about 7 years now, and I have done so much research, and never found anyone that I just had a good gut feeling about. Until I reached out to Outdoor Living Pool & Patio Denton. I worked with Doug and James, the most professional, excellent time management team, with my difficult schedule they were so helpful and worked around my schedule. Also huge kudos for educating me every step of the way through the whole process. I never had to chase them down for updates, the communication was on point. Which I appreciated greatly, considering I had a ton of questions. Pool is now complete and it looks beyond amazing! my family and I are looking forward to the summer! Thanks Guys for making this experience, worry free and so easy!!! ????

Outdoor living did a great job for us! They said 8-10 weeks start to finish and they delivered. We were concerned about not having enough yard space to make an inground pool worth it, but BJ made sure to utilize EVERY inch available. We couldn’t be happier with the work quality and timing across the entire project. There was someone at the home nearly daily throughout the build process and the coordination was smooth and honestly impressive. The pool turned out almost exactly like the renderings they showed at the beginning of the project / I included those pictures along with the recently completed pool images.They extended our patio with stamped concrete and sealed it, and completed the yard with new sprinklers and sod.I felt comfortable with the workers who were here and the quality of the build - even our city inspector was impressed with the work every time he came out. It was a quick and simple inspection as he continually stated ‘these guys know what they’re doing.’Would definitely recommend the team at Outdoor living for your pool or patio. Project management was very good. We were taught how to use the pool and manage all components in ‘pool school’ at our home, and are confident going forward with our wonderful new inground pool and spa!

My wife and I decided that we wanted a pool and we have never owned one. Due to that fact, we really did not know very much about the process. We contacted several pool builders and talked with each one of them at length. Doug Conner from Outdoor Living Pool & Patio made us feel the most comfortable. He did a magnificent job of explaining the process from start to finish. He did not try and upsell us just to make more money. He even told us ways to save money and still get exactly what we wanted. Once we decided to go with them, he built a group chat with him, us, and James the guy that would be supervising our build.Once James came onboard, he kept us informed of every step of the process. he even explained to us thoroughly the things that we did not understand. James' crew was always on time and completed each step in accordance with what we had been told. He was cordial and knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us as novices to having a pool. The pool was completed to standard in the time frame that we were promised and we have James to thank for that. Once the pool was finished, James and Doug both came out to give me a class on care, maintenance, and operation of the pool. James even set the app up on my phones so that I could control everything with my phone.If I was in the market to build another pool, Outdoor is who I would call first and Doug and James are the reason for that. I apologize for the long review, but I had such a good experience that I had to let anyone who reads this know. You can't go wrong with Outdoor Living Pool & Patio.

After doing our due diligence and sitting down with other pool builders we decided to go with OLP&P. They were the most competitively priced company and they were straight forward with our wants and the project. There were only a few tiny communication issues during the building process where we felt out of the loop, but we were able to get the info and reassurance within 24hrs. I can’t recall any major issues at all and definitely think of them as a solid pool builder and company and one that I would highly recommend.Service: Inground pool installation

Great pool and hot tub once finished.Everything ended very well. There were a lot of delays and sugar coating from Jeremy. Tanner stopped responding mid construction. It took over 6 months for the pool to be built. As soon as James took over there was much clearer communication on the delays and why that happened. James is very good to work with and very responsive. I do recommends this company based on the quality of the pool they built. I love my pool and hot tub. It is still not a year old so I can't review repair responses yet.Services: Inground pool installation

We just completed a pool build with Outdoor Living Pool & Patio. From start to finish, we were exceedingly pleased with the process and with the finished product: our beautiful new pool….just in time for summer swimming. From the first meetings with Doug our salesman, he helped design a perfect pool to meet our wishes and our budget. Cody, our Project Manager, kept us informed at each step along the way as well as keeping construction moving along at a good pace. In a little over ten weeks, from first excavation to completed pool….we have a beautiful pool to enjoy. Our sales representative Tanner was very nice and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and request for our pool and helped us to design a great pool. We started in the winter and we knew it would take a while due to weather, materials etc. The pool was completed in about 8 months. I will say that you have to stay on top of them to make sure things get done. Most of the time, I knew when a contractor was coming, however there were a few times we were surprised by visits. James was our contact for the duration of the build. He was also very knowledgeable and in the end he made sure everything I had listed was completed. 3 stars is a fair review.The work they did was great. So why not 5 stars?Their communication is, well, needs improvement. It can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to get a response from someone so that’s one star off.Another star is removed because we have cracks forming in our coping from work they did not even a year ago. That’s fine. Things happen. But the issue is that we put in a request to have it fixed. That was 5 months ago. It’s still not fixed.I have called them twice to get an update on it. Their response is always along the lines of “we have one guy who goes around fixing things like that and this is a busy time.”I’m now having to call them, again, for the third time, to get an update. In my opinion, a customer shouldn’t have to call the company this many times, over this long of a duration, for something to get done.

We got quotes from multiple companies and Outdoor Living was not only competitive in pricing, but were straight forward with the building process. They made 99% of the building process stress free and easy going. The finished product was amazing and we are already enjoying it! There were only a few tiny communication issues during the building process where we felt out of the loop and had to struggle to get info but other than that, a solid company and one that I would recommend.Service: Inground pool installation
