Hid ALL of the damage on a used 5th wheel, didn’t even mention it in the description online I had to find it when I got there. On top of that they have one of the absolute worst salesmen I’ve ever met. Old fat guy just kept telling me “it’s sold as is if you don’t want it don’t buy it” so I asked if he could point out all the damage on it to me before I made a decision, he walked out 10 feet from the unit and said “if you don’t want it don’t buy it” and then walked back to his desk before I could ask a single question. Finally my girlfriend who was in the lobby overhead him mocking me and my grandfather while we were still outside, the sales guy alone made me walk away from buying it.

I was looking at 2 different models with 2 dealers, and I am so glad I went with outback. The were up front and honest on my price, they didn't try to force any add ons or ridiculous things like ceramic coatings and they didn't charge for a walk through it delivery fee like some other dealers. The sales and service guys were all friendly, knowledgeable and so far have proven to be incredibly honest in how they represented the trailer I bought (Riverside retro 166). This was my first travel trailer purchase and I was expecting the worst after hearing horror stories about RV salesman generally, but I could not have had a better experience. So far I've taken my trailer out once and have tested everything and am very satisfied. I'd highly recommend this place as somewhere you can count on for a great price, and a low pressure sales price.

This review is for the service department. I own a mobile dog grooming business and most of my other mobile dog groomer friends go here for service too. They care about getting you back on the road and running.Anytime someone has trouble with their rig I say “call Outback!”

I have to agree with another person that reviewed. Absolute perfection in every department! Extremely satisfied with the whole process! From the first time I contacted Craig and David, I felt like I had known them them my whole life. Very laid back no pressure sales team that is very attentive to what you need or want! So, If you wanna deal with great people, an individually owned business with great prices….. I highly recommend you go see them!

Purchased our High Altitude Trailer Co XT50 from Craig at Outback and the experience was great. Everything up until closing was done via phone and email because we live several hours away. We took delivery on a Saturday and the folks there took the time to walk us through all the functions and how to use the equipment on the trailer. They even took time to troubleshoot and help fix a light that was not working on the unit before we left. We had a couple more small things come up after delivery and the support of Outback AND High Altitude Trailers has been outstanding! Thanks Craig, David, Chris and Tiffany for your help and the great service!

We had a great experience with the sales staff buying our RV! Their shop wasn’t great though. We had issues with the generator a few days into owning it. They put an oil change sticker on it, but the oil wasn’t changed. We have owned it about 6 months and have had several other issues as well, very thankful we bought a warranty! Overall disappointed with our experience unfortunately.

We had a great experience looking at RVs and overland vehicles. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and did not hover over us one bit as we reviewed their selection of vehicles. I highly recommend starting here if you're looking for a great recreational vehicle!

Wow I’m pretty happy with my experience here. Brought my grand parents here and they were so pleased with Robert. He wasn’t that obnoxious sales person who just wanted to get in your pocket. He really cared and asked the right questions and found the best solution with the budget we had. He was very professional and honest and I highly recommend him if you need something.

We were in the middle traveling from Texas to Oklahoma on a road trip with our travel trailer and we noticed that our trailer signal lights stopped working. We called ahead to Outback RV to see if they could squeeze us in if we came off the highway. They said absolutely, happy to help out in. They took care of us right away and had us back on the road quickly. Thanks so much!

We had not planned to buy a travel trailer while we were on vacaion in Texas visiting kids. But while there we found the perfect one for us! We had found one before vacation in Lake Havasu Arizona but this one at Outback RV of Texas had one that we liked even better! It was dual axle not single, has an outdoor refrigerator and sink which we love and the price was $8000 less! Win, win, win! Plus our salesman Wade Holland went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and make us happy! If we ever decide to go bigger and get another one we will definitely go there first! Thanks again to the whole team at Outback RV of Texas! ❤️

Horrible service department.If I could give them zero stars as of late I would. I don't know what is wrong with this service department it is absolutely horrible nowadays. Everything I've brought my camper there for never got truly fixed and then had added issues when it returned. I have called several times never can get a return call.. finally got someone on the phone and they were no help at all and I keep asking for the owners and they say it's not possible. I know Jack would be very upset. Because he thinks service is number one

Perfection, in every department. There's not enough room to fully Express how satisfied I am with my experience. These guys far exceeded any and all expectations from the very first phone call. I am a business owner myself and tend to be highly critical of how businesses conduct themselves. It's been a while since I was impressed on this level. Great work guys. We bought an Opus OP LITE for our Backcountry adventures!!
