Tried to return a part that I had bought literally one hour before and had not used, but they wouldn’t take it. He said it looked like there was “months of dirt and grime,” however you can see from the photo that it looks brand new. He basically implied that I lied and tried to return a used part. I will not be coming back. I used to like them because they were really nice, but they’re not helpful anymore and not getting any more of my business. Would not recommend coming here.

Went in after going to multiple auto parts stores looking for a part for my vehicle. After experiencing no luck and terrible customer service at autozone Charles took the time understood my frustration and helped me find the correct break pads rotors and shoes. Also prevented me from buying the wrong A/C Freon “didn’t need the dye” for me to fix my a/c. I will now only go only to this O’reillys for any parts I need and will only recommend this store specifically for all my grease monkeys.

After leaving an incompetent Autozone with a bunch of skids I mean kids who didn’t want to work I thankfully came to a more than competent O’Rileys and they were able to change my battery out. Imagine being lazy to remove a bolt. Thank you guys! Shoutout to Ashton and Murph!

Really helpful!! Came in here looking to replace rotor pads under warranty and had some issues figure out which account made the purchase. The two people I talked to were super helpful. Colton specifically went above and beyond.

I've been coming to this particular store for quite some time. The folks here tend to rotate but they are always willing to help you find what you're looking for, offer advice, or even help you figure out a problem.
