Bad people in there they towed my car while i was door dashing and they towed it away while i was waiting inside a restaurant.

This is the most unprofessional towing company I’ve encountered. My friend parked at an apartment complex, and because the visitor parking registration site was down, we spoke directly with the tow truck driver. He assured us everything was fine. An hour later, we returned to find the car gone and went to the tow lot. When we called, they contacted the driver, who flat-out denied giving us any assurance. I know multiple people who have faced similar issues with this company. Avoid them at all costs—they’ll do whatever it takes to profit, even if it means lying. Their poor reviews speak for themselves, so if you ever get towed unfairly by them, be prepared for dishonesty.

This had got to be the worst tow place ever. My friend parked at an apartment and we talked to the tow truck because the website to register for visitor parking was down, and he said we were good. We walked back to his car about an hour later and we drove over to the tow place and they called the driver and he had the audacity to say he never said that. I have had several friends with similar experiences. My recommendation is to never go to them for anything because they will lie about anything they can to get money which is understandable because their reviews are already so bad. If you ever get towed by them for no reason, good luck because they will lie about whatever they can to get money.

If I could give negative stars I would. This towing company not only employs absolutely rude and awful people, but offers ZERO sympathy. Last night was my second time getting my car towed by this company, both on dumb technicalities. When I called to figure out if they were who towed my car, both times the man on the other end almost sounded cheery at my frustration. Where do people get off at taking advantage of others, especially college students? I have spent $400 and wasted countless time on this company. The customer service is a joke, as are the employees, and everyone is unkind and, quite frankly, disgustingly rude and heinous.

This towing company is predatory and unprofessional. Their tactics are deeply unethical, bordering on sinister—they seem to intentionally target vulnerable situations, charging exorbitant fees with little transparency. Interactions with their staff are cold and dismissive, with no regard for customer service or basic decency. I felt completely exploited during my experience, like they cared only about getting as much money as possible. If you’re looking for a company with any integrity, look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Towed my car from my apartment complex I live at. I was in an accident and my other car was totaled. I had just gotten the car they towed, and had even spoken to my apartment and they said it would be okay to have 2 vehicles for less than a week. I was in no way rude to the people working there but the lady who wasn't even helping me had so much attitude and was extremely rude for no reason. She was like this with people on the phone also. She obviously hates her job and takes it out on everyone she sees.

I wish I could give a negative star. My wife went to pick up our vehicle from last night at arts and jazz. She calls me and shows me that the dash board is completely cracked and broken. I have already notified my insurance company that they damaged my vehicle for god knows what. I’m extremely angry about the lack of respect in this company that’s pretty sick breaking into my car like that and causing my car to look the way it does they will be paying for the damages. I can also post the pictures publicly for everyone to see as well

This company will sit like vultures by the for-pay parking lots in downtown Denton.
You're supposed to pay with an app that is quite awful and often seems to work but apparently doesn't, so these guys will tow your car to their lot and hold it ransom for $200.
When you show them the app and explain to them how it messed up, not you, they tell you that's not their business.

This is a terrible tow company.
They ILLEGALLY tow cars and try and blame you for it.
My truck had a parking sticker and they somehow couldn't see it. Kind of sketch to me.

This place is absolutely terrible. Last night our car was towed and this morning when getting it back had to pay $190, and when I called at 9:30 this morning asking if they had the car, they said yes and that the price was gonna raise in less than an hour.... Then we get it back and the tires were low, THEN a couple hours later the car won't turn on, says service fuel cut off which only turns on when there is Impact so obviously they had to of caused something. Then on the phone they say that it had to of happened before it got towed which makes no sense as the car was perfectly fine. The lady on the phone was completely rude right off the bat and had an attitude for no reason.

This is too worst I suggest people don’t call for this towing services please.
Just 5 seconds I parked my vehicle when they are towing I asked them please don’t tow. They not even listening other words just they need money that’s it.
Money money == on the road again towing service
If anyone needs personal towing services please don’t encourage these type of towing services. There are lot more good towing services in Denton. Please don’t encourage these type of towing services.

towed my car and now it won’t start because the fuel is being cut off by a switch that’s only triggered when it’s in a big impact. i bet the dropped the car with full force instead of setting it down
