Excellent, caring staff.Polite, courteous, and accomodating. A premier medical facility with excellent Optometrists and Opthamologist service. They take the time and explain in detail any questions and their analysis of your condition. Above and beyond in their treatment and also have an optical area with great selection of glasses. Have never had a problem with my Medicare or BCBS insurance and when you need refills you can be assured if you tell them or call it in - IT WILL BE DONE ASAP!

I've had two cataract surgeries with great follow-up care. Also, was fitted for contact lenses. Shea is amazing at listening to what's working regarding contacts. Also, the ladies in the front are always patient and kind. It's a great office with two wonderful doctors.

Racism in Denton strickes again. As a person of color I was felt very disrespected at this location. After standing in the check in line for 16 minutes, the person working the front desk check kept saying my personal informaion out loud. Such as my type of employment and phone number. I asked the person to not do that and they did it a second time. There were two other people behind me. I spoke with the office manager and was told the person did not mean any harm, but should not have spoke my personal information out loud, but really was not helpful. I am going to file a formal complaint. Hopefully, this does not happen to other people of color.

They are always so helpful and curtious. The office staff is excellent. Dr. Sayani and her medical assistants are fantastic. I never feel hurried and she always takes her time to explain everything to me. I couldn't ask for a better doctor or office staff. I appreciate them so much!

I can't imagine anyone who could do more than Dr. Sayani. And she does it with a smile. She seems to really care about her patients. She has helped me and my mother for many years. She's just the best.

So impressed with staff, from checkin, to seeing DR V, checkout and lovely Shea who introduced me to Cocoons that save my precious eyes from glare and harsh sunlight. I bought Jackie O cocoons and a purple pair to keep in auto. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT AMERICA'S BEST. Professionals only employed at North Texas Center for Sight. My buddy in Florida highly recommended the Center for Sight. The people there are kind and respectful. Most eye care places make you wait 14 days for glasses. I took the cocoons home and my prescription glasses will be ready for pickup in FOUR DAYS! Very VERY AFFORDABLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH TEXAS CENTER FOR SIGHT. I promise you will be glad that you checked out North Texas Center for Sight, across Torchy's Tacos and behind 7-11 on corner of University and Bonnie Brae. Plenty of parking.

The office is well run and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Dr. Sayani is professional and gives brief explanations and reasons for her treatment plan. I do sometimes feel rushed when asking questions, as she seems focused on the next patient. In general, though, I am satisfied with my care.

I waited over a month for an appointment and they called me the day of my appointment to reschedule for two weeks away at 8am. I told them I’ll find somewhere else. They were not helpful and it is very obvious they don’t care about their patients time. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am beyond squeamish about "eye stuff" -- like major panic attacks around it all -- and Dr. Sayani put me at ease, explaining everything carefully and taking care to address my concerns.
