The tech rushed through my service, skipped steps and then tried to gaslight me when I complained about the poor service.
I ordered a classic pedicure and when he was finished both of my heels were rough with skin hanging off and skin that hadn’t been exfoliated at the top of my foot.
The guy who did my service was gone so the nail tech next to me said the basic pedicure didn’t include callus removal. I’ve never in my life had a pedicure where my skin wasn’t smooth and moisturized after. If I needed an additional service, he should have suggested it.
When he returned, the manager asked him to tend to my heels and he left one heel with two large cracks in them for not doing it properly and I’m missing a huge chunk out of my right heel. Novice and shameful. The treatment I received from management was poor, the chair was broken and missing a side table. Just don’t go to this place it’s raggedy.

he rushed my pedicure he kept twisting my ankle and when i moved he stopped and sighed with an attitude ? the massage did even go to my knee he stopped mid calf and it was so damn quik
I should’ve waited and went to Happy Nails like i always do but they’re closed on monday

The margarita i got one you sip it it’s just ice left
This was the MOST UNFULLFILLING EXPERIENCE i have ever had .

I had the rudest young man do my nails. He continuously told me to be still. This was me moving because he would twist my finger to far. He also raised his hands a one point as if to say I’m done with you. Then he didn’t give me the arm massage and grab his back pack a left. Which told me he was in a hurry to begin with. This is what I ended up with on almost all my nails. I will never come back

Came with a specific reference and luckily V was there and knew exactly how to do what I wanted! Even though she didn't have the same charms she got similar ones and gave me options to choose from. V is probably the best tech I've had here and I've been coming for years!

If I can put a minus one to this place I would have done so. My friend and I went here yesterday 3/9/2024, and both techs were just so rude, specially mine. It was a guy but for their luck they don’t even wear name tags . If you can avoid getting your nails done here please do so. The dude had the worse attitude, if I will barely move my hand , he will pull my hand in an ugly way ., they act like they are doing stuff for free, on top of that they are super expensive. For the same job I got I have paid up to $60 here they charged me and my friend $72. We were still nice enough to leave them a tip but they honestly don’t deserve it. Go somewhere else. They are so rude! Very unprofessional, the lady that did my friends was done and just left and did not even let my friend know , until my friend had to get her attention so she came back and put oil in her nails. Worse place ever. I don’t understand how is it that they have good reviews. In top of that the dude that did my nails, his English was so hard to understand and he will get mad cause I did not get what he was asking. Such a jerk! They sure won’t ever have our business back again and I will make sure everyone I know that gets their nails done don’t ever go there!!!! My nails were not done so natural looking either , they are thick and he could had done better!!!

I love this place. It is the only place I have gone in Texas since I moved here 3yrs ago. Everyone is so nice and they complimentary beverages. Vee is the best. All of her work to me is????. I can give her an idea and she always goes above and beyond

Very fast service and BEAUTIFUL nails! My artist, V, was incredibly professional and did a wonderful job! I’m so obsessed and I absolutely will be back! The price was also reasonable in my opinion.

3 times I walk in and I am told 5 minutes wait time. Instead I waited 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. Today I had the common sense to not give my money to a business that clearly does not respect someone's precious time. No apology. No customer service and I had to ask for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave. Now I tend to tip well ($20 to $30) but I will never come back here again. Advise to whoever owns this crappy place - maybe if you didn't have two people on each customer - you would have the staff to take care of new customers that come in to get service. Never will come back again.

My mother in law who is elderly went in alone due to a referral and they asked what was in her water bottle and she said water and they smelled it which is absolutely crazy! On top of charging her $90 for a fill and pedicure. My fiancé had to walk in and speak to them especially about smelling her water

When the lady was done with my nails she said to wait 10 minutes, that was all she said. So I wait and I have excess glue under nails and powder all over hands. She never wipes hands so I wash them. I know they're busy but, don't turn the light off if you can't remember to finish with previous customers.
