I just came from this metro Pcs because my bill was extremely to high. Danielle and Maria did a great job fixing this issue I had. Also there was a warm welcome when I walk in what a great metro with great employees with a A++ customer service experience.

I have to say that we all-me, Denise, and Julia, our dear friend really enjoy coming to this location, because the dear sweet lady, Maria, actually spoiled me and gave me a gift for a really great discount! She's truly wonderful, and we all love her very much!! We are personally very glad that we don't live so far from this location, so we are happy to go to this location unlike the one on Teasley Ln! Y'all should come here! The place is very well kept! Maria deserves a 5-star and a raise!! Of course you know that I didn't come just for the discount, but for help with service. Thank you Maria for all you do for us!

Walked in frustrated and angry with a broken phone, nice lady took care of me and I got me a nice Samsung with accessories. I had never stopped by at this store before and it has been by far the best MetroPCS I've walked in to. 100% recommended

This was the only Metro PCS store in town that had the phone I wanted. Customer service at this location was excellent and they had a good selection of accessories for the phone I purchased as well. They even bundled the case and screen protector for a good price. You can't beat this store! Close to home and friendly and very helpful staff! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is my new go-to store from now on.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are the only ones in 30 miles that had the phone I was looking for in stock. I couldn't get most of the stores to even answer the phone when I called to check stock and if they answered they were extremely rude. This store is 30 min away from me and I will be going to this one instead of the one in Cross Roads that is 10 min from me from now on!
